Genetic diversity among 7 populations of Trillium tschonoskii were analyzed by using inter SSR and amplified fragment length polymorphism molecular markers. The results were as follows:(1)ISSR: 12 out of the 100 primers showed consistent banding patterns and amplification, a total of 135 bands were produced with an arrange of 250-2500bp, 46 of which (34.07%) were polymorphic.

应用锚定SSR和限制性片段多态对7个延龄草居群的遗传多样性进行了分析，结果如下：从100个引物中筛选出12个ISSR引物，在250-2500bp之间共扩增出的135个条带，其中多态性带为46，占34.07％。
