This work contributed essentially to optimal planning of refinery management. A strategy for solving the decision problem of short—term refinery planning is proposed, that is, to obtain the real time information of unit operations and environmental conditions by means of computer simulation, to dynamically configurate and modify the decision model depending on both simulation and expert reasoning, to make decision analysis and short—term production plan with the aid of expert simulation system. In this paper, a new approach cellad ESDSS was proposed by integrating DSS and expert simulation system . As a case study of ESDSS, a so called RESDSS was constructed, which is composed of seven subsystems, namely: data base subsystem, model base subsystem, method base subsystem, knowledge base subsystem, experiment base subsystem, human computer interaction subsystem, and expert simulation executing subsystem. The main results and contributions of this work are as follows:(1) A novel approach of DSS named ESDSS was proposed, which integrates DSS and ESS.

本文关于炼油生产专家仿真决策支持系统原型的研究从炼油企业优化生产管理的角度出发，以&利用仿真技术获取装置操作和环境条件的动态变化信息，依靠专家方法仿真实现决策模型的生成和修改，凭借专家仿真决策支持系统辅助高层领导者实施决策分析和制定短期生产计划&作为炼油生产短期计划决策问题的求解策略，在综合考虑决策支持系统（Decision Sup-port Systems，简称DSS）和专家仿真系统（Expert Simulation System，简称ESS）特点的同时把这两个系统结合在一起而提出&专家仿真决策支持系统（Ex-pert Simulation Decision Support System，简称ESDSS）&这一新的构思。

Video server sends a RSVP message to reserve resource for client, and the system calculates and analyses QoS parameters using control information of RTP/RTCP packets and ICMP Echo request message, and controls the transmission grade by corresponding strategy to ensure network QoS, which enhances the system reaction to network condition and stabilizes the throughput and solves the problems of data transmission and using bandwidth fairly between multicast data and other kind of data when network is congestible and unstable.

The paper aim at the three-phase voltage source SPMW-inverter, which is applied in variable-speed wind turbines system, adopts the theory of nonlinear counterchange and nonlinear feedback, creates the three-phase voltage source PWM-inverter's nonlinear model, and deduces it's feedback linearization equation, consequently, the three-phase voltage source PWM-inverter active and reactive current decoupling control is proposed.

该文针对变速风力发电机组系统所用的三相电压型SPWM 逆变器，采用非线性变换和非线性反馈理论，建立了三相电压型 PWM 逆变器非线性数学模型，推导出其反馈线性化方程，从而得出三相电压型 PWM 逆变器有功电流和无功电流的解耦控制策略。

The constitution mode and inclusion information of assembly drawings has been analyzed according to the expression contents and demand of rolling mill assembly drawings. The dendriform assembly model has been setup to express the assembly drawings contents. Under AutoCAD graphic environment, assembly drawings are realized with parts consolidation technology. Generating of local view, dimensioning, technical requirement, expression of list and title panel has been realized too. Generating of parts has been discussed and processing strategy of parametric drawings has been pointed out.

The structure of this article is as follows: Firstly, the background of this article is stated in exordia and the question was raised; chapter one stated cash flow management theory and transnational corporations' cash flow management characters; chapter two introduced general cash flow management technical and method; chapter three analysis cash flow management situation of Chinese transnational corporations; chapter four take VW as an example to expatiate company situation and the impact to cash flow management by the organization of the company, the goal of cash flow management and financing strategy, then introduce the cash flow forecast module, at last analysis the experience and disadvantage of VW's cash flow management; Chapter five give some suggestions to Chinese local transnational corporations for cash flow management including: using proper cash flow management technical and establish scientific process, ect.; the last part is the conclusion This article took VW's cash flow management as an example to descried transnational corporation cash flow management theory and practical issues, but some techniques can only be used in some country where can exchange currency freely; it can not be practical in some foreign exchange administration countries including China, such kind of cash flow module still under discussion based on theory.
