This article is aimed to study the purchasing and supplier management of D Company. Firstly, sketch a general picture about the environment and current purchasing status for D Company to find out the existing problems among purchasing procedures. Secondly, bring forward the view of supply subdivision model to re-sort material and components, and to take different purchasing strategies per different sorting results.

本文以D公司的采购和供应商管理为研究对象，首先分析了D公司的环境和采购现状，找出了D公司在采购方面目前存在的主要问题，并提出了采用供应细分模型对采购的物料进行重新分类，针对细分的结果对不同的物料采取不同的采购策略。
