策略模型

Fuzzy controller is designed according to human"s controlling experience of systems. After reducing the operator"s controlling experience to a set of qualitatively descriptive conditional statements, and then quantifying them by using the theory of fuzzy set, the controller can transform the natural language of human"s controlling strategies into the algorithmic language acceptable for the computer, then the controller can receive human"s experience, and imitates humans operating strategies and effectively control some objects that can not be constructed into the mathematical model.

模糊控制控制器是以人对被控系统的控制经验为依据而设计的，它把操作人员的控制经验归纳成定性描述的一组条件语句，然后运用模糊集合理论将其定量化，把人的控制策略的自然语言转化为计算机能够接受的算法语言所描述的控制算法，使控制器得以接受人的经验，模仿人的操作策略实现对一些无法构造数学模型的被控对象进行有效的控制。

In order to highlight and analyze the influence of heterogeneous knowledge flows to enterprises in the modern service industry,based on a review of the Colonel Blotto game,some presumptions such as the game s utility function are modified,and a mechanism to change tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge is constructed to carry out an analysis of a two-player knowledge flow management.

为了深入认识异质性知识流对企业尤其是现代服务业企业发展的作用，借助于经典的Colonel Blotto博弈模型，并对其效用函数等进行了修正，通过构建一个隐性知识和显性知识之间的联系机制，展开两企业知识策略的Blotto博弈分析，对企业的知识流最优反应策略性质等进行了认识。

Base on the study of knowledge automatic acquisition, the key technique in cartridge designexpert sysytem, this paper presents a multistrategy learning method that integrates deduction, analogy andinduction, discusses the model and implement method, this method voids limitation of single learning strategyeliminates the confine of other multistrategy, expands the range of usable knowledge, improves efficient ofknowledge acquisition.

本文对枪弹设计专家系统中的关键技术──知识自动获取方法研究，提出了一种融演绎、类比和归纳为一体的多策略学习方法MSLA，文中详细讨论了该算法的模型和实现方法，并指出该算法避免了单一学习方法的局限性，克服了其它学习策略的封闭性，扩大了可用知识的范围，提高了知识获取效率。

The dissertation focused on the technologies, algorithm and application of WBSDM, and the main studies and new contributions are described as follows: 1. Technologies of spatial data mining and web-based data mining are summarized and then the concept of WBSDM is put forward and its main functions and meaning of research are disserted in detail. 2. The framework of web-based spatial data mining is presented. And its background, definition, features, functions, system structure, implementation strategy, key technologies and so on are illustrated systematically.

本项研究旨在总结空间数据挖掘技术和基于Web的数据挖掘技术及WBSDM的应用前景；系统地提出基于Web的空间数据挖掘框架；设计基于XML/J2EE的WBSDM平台模型；将MAS(Multi-AgentSystem)技术引入WBSDM并提出应用策略；研究基于粗糙集的空间知识库刻画模型，提出并实现高维数据的特征提取和数据浓缩算法；提出并实现基于知识库的知识发现模型；构造一个WBSDM的原型实验系统，对本文的相关研究进行验证。

This research aims at a domestic management actual situation of professional construction management. To do an integrity study first, and then takes 1996 American Customer Satisfaction Index as a model foundation. Using Partial Least Square algorithm as the analytical tool which studies structure model to construct a professional construction management causal model, the author makes the conclusion that the weight estimated by PLS and the score of Measured Variable construct a management matrix diagram and analyze a key factor of influencing professional construction management service quality to improve a service quality and promote a customer satisfaction. Thus, managers could assign resources correctly to promote customer satisfaction.

本研究首先针对国内工程专案管理实务运作现况做完整探讨，再以1996年美国顾客满意指标(American Customer Satisfaction Index；ACSI)为模型基础，利用部分最小平方演算法，作为研究结构模型的分析工具，尝试建构工程专案管理顾客满意度之因果关系结构模型，并根据PLS所估计出的权重与衡量变数的分数，建构策略管理矩阵图，分析影响工程专案管理服务品质关键因素，作为改进服务品质与提升顾客满意的基础，以利管理者正确分配资源，提升顾客满意度。

The first layer is a profit maximization model for generation company in which the biddings of competitors are taken into account; the second layer is a sensitivity analysis based output regulation model of power generation company in which the minimum congestion cost is taken as objective, and this model is solved by genetic algorithm.

研究了考虑输电阻塞影响的发电商最优报价策略问题，建立了求解该问题的2层优化模型，第1层是基于竞争对手报价的发电商利润最大化模型，第2层是基于灵敏度分析的以阻塞费用最小为目标的发电商出力调整模型，并采用遗传算法对其进行求解。

本文运用能源经济学的原理，分析了山东省煤炭资源与经济发展的关系，提出了能源、环境和经济的发展模型；同时通过山东省煤炭资源供给与需求的研究，提出了煤炭资源供求预测模型，并对模型进行了检验；最后通过对山东省煤炭资源与经济发展、结构关系的研究，提出了促进经济稳定健康发展的保障策略。

The reactionsystem of polyesterification of DFA and EG was analyzed and simplified. Based on thehypothesis of equal and unequal activity of the end-group of monomer and polymer,the modelⅠand modelⅡfor estimating kinetic parameters were established usingimproved Genetic Algorithm, which was so improved by introducing the Elitist Model,Simulate annealing, Runge-Kutta method, proportional distribution randomizer etc.into the operators, and these models were more compatible with the estimation ofcomplex reaction kinetic model parameters.

在建立模型的过程，充分考虑到结合实际的需求条件，将再生水的需求类型排列次序，在再生水供给不足的条件下，实现优先供给策略，对于同类型的用水还要根据其用水地大小和需求量多少再进行优先供给，优化配制共建立了五套线性规划模型，五套模型的组合使用较好的实现了再生水资源的总体优化。
