Fuzzy controller is designed according to human"s controlling experience of systems. After reducing the operator"s controlling experience to a set of qualitatively descriptive conditional statements, and then quantifying them by using the theory of fuzzy set, the controller can transform the natural language of human"s controlling strategies into the algorithmic language acceptable for the computer, then the controller can receive human"s experience, and imitates humans operating strategies and effectively control some objects that can not be constructed into the mathematical model.

模糊控制控制器是以人对被控系统的控制经验为依据而设计的，它把操作人员的控制经验归纳成定性描述的一组条件语句，然后运用模糊集合理论将其定量化，把人的控制策略的自然语言转化为计算机能够接受的算法语言所描述的控制算法，使控制器得以接受人的经验，模仿人的操作策略实现对一些无法构造数学模型的被控对象进行有效的控制。

The main work of this thesis includes:Firstly, allocation strategies of profits are analyzed from the perspective of a manufacturer-retailer two-level supply chain, and are divided into three kinds of situation: a manufacturer and a retailer are included, a manufacturer and several retailers are included, and several manufacturers and a retailer are included.

第二，研究了单个制造商单个零售商组成的供应链利润分配策略，本文分为制造商-零售商完全合作和不完全合作两种情况进行了研究。在制造商-零售商不完全合作时，提出了利润的二次分配策略，使得零售商获得的利润比不合作时大。

Common buckwheat ( F. esculentum ) is an allogamy crop, which is heterogony. There is heterogeneity in the species. To reveal the genetic diversity within cultivar population, In order to explore the sampling strategy that can reveal genetic diversity of buckwheat resources on the molecular level. PCR with intron-splice junction primers and long random primers was employed to reveal the genetic diversity within nine common buckwheat varieties and one tartary buckwheat cultivar population among different individuals. We established the sampling strategy in its genetic diversity study. Then we used the established sampling strategy, and the same PCR markers technique,to analysis the genetic diversity of 86 common buckwheat resources, the main results are as follows

甜荞是花柱异长自交不亲和的异花授粉作物，品种内存在一定的异质性，为了准确揭示甜荞遗传资源的遗传多样性，本研究采用因子分析法对86份甜荞遗传资源农艺性状数据进行分析；采用长随机引物和内含子切接点引物的PCR分子标记技术，对9个甜荞品种和1个苦荞品种不同个体间的遗传多样性进行了分析，建立了甜荞资源遗传多样性研究的取样策略；并利用建立的取样策略，采用PCR标记技术，对这86份甜荞资源的遗传多样性进行了分析，取得如下主要结果

Firstly, the thesis introduced the development of VOD, the background and meaning of the program, then the author introduced the associated technology, mainly including the feature of multimedia, video compression technology and the protocols SCTP and RTP. Considering the ambulant of host , fluctuation of bandwidth,high error rate data in wireless networks ,the author proposed some QoS strategy in the wireless networks such as RTP/SCTP protocol stack , connection control of the server, two buffers in the client end point.,TFC congestion control algorithms ,etc. Based these strategies, the team members gives the software and hardware solution of the wireless video-on-demand system and gives the main modules design of the software system. The system adopted the C/S structure including two parts: server and client ,using the Mpeg-2 which is apporiate for networks as the supported format. The thesis emphatically researches on the video-serving module of the server and the sink module, player module of client.

本文首先介绍了视频点播系统的发展现状、课题的研究背景和意义；接着对课题的相关技术进行概述主要包括了多媒体特点，压缩技术，传输协议SCTP以及RTP；针对无线环境的节点移动性，带宽波动性，数据错误率高等三大特点，作者研究设计了无线环境下的QoS策略：RTP/SCTP协议栈，服务器准入控制机制，客户端双缓冲区，TFRC拥塞控制机制等；在这些策略的基础上设计了系统的软硬件解决方案，并对软件体系结构的主要模块进行了设计，整个视频点播系统采用C/S结构，由服务器，客户端2个部分组成，使用适合网络传输的流媒体格式Mpeg-2作为系统支持的格式，文中重点研究了服务器的视频服务模块以及客户端的接收模块和播放器模块，并利用线程池技术对系统进行实现。

The main points of this paper are as follows:(1) The actuality and the deficiency of the current workflow technology is analyzed according to the expatiating on the workflow technology.(2) A workflow model supporting the dynamic modifying and its implementation arithmetic and an implementation method using the OO technology is proposed according to the Directed Graph theory.(3) The strategy of dynamic modifying of workflow model is researched, a improved conversion strategy is proposed, and the detailed process of dynamic modifying is discussed.(4) Having researched on the construction scheme of digital campus based on URP and the workflow of office business, an OA system model based on dynamic workflow technology was proposed according to the workflow management system model and several typical functions of OA workflow management system were realized, which is of high value on improving the autoimmunization of business operation and the cooperating work ability.
