The parameters in natural gas advanced reburning zone that influence the efficiency of de-NOx were studied in detail considering the injection amount of natural gas, initial concentration of NO, excess ratio of oxygen, the injection amount of ammonia, concentration of H2O, concentration of sodium in the experimental equipment.

建立实验装置，对先进再燃区中各种影响参数：天然气喷入量、一氧化氮初浓度、过量氧气系数、喷氨量、水蒸汽量、钠浓度等对脱硝效率的影响进行深入实验研究。

The result shows:(1) the value of R in situ is higher than 0.8, which is lower than that in lab;(2) the averaged value of relative error in spring tide is higher than that of in neap tide and the value is less than 15%.(3) the particle size is the main factor that influences the precision of OBS, while the biology, the color of particle and water, the air bubble in water have some effect on it.

主要结果有：(1)现场OBS标定R值比室内标定偏低，但也在0.8以上；(2)大潮平均相对误差值变化比小潮大，在悬沙浓度低于1.5kg/立方公尺条件下，大小潮悬沙浓度平均相对误差都在15%以下；(3)悬沙粒径大小是影响OBS观测精度的主要因素，生物、泥沙颜色、水色和水中气泡等因素也对观测结果产生一定影响。

By using a fracture simulation unit,the regularity that temperature,flow rate and fracture width influence on HCl/dolomite reaction rate is investigated.The sequence of temperature,flow rate,acid concentration and fracture width influence to the acidic rock reaction rate is also studied in a four factors and four levels orthonormal test,and the sequence that acid concentration＞flow rate＞temperature＞fracture width is found.At the last,the possible HCl/dolomite reaction mechanism model which can explain the influence factors is derived.

The tolerance of seawater fish Japanese sea bass and black rockf ishto pH and alkalinity is studied through the experiment of acute toxicity. The median lethal concentration values are obtained by the method of probability unit. The safe concentrations of alkalinity, C032- and HC03- are obtained. The signification of pH and alkalinity is estimated with analysis of variance.

本文应用急性毒性试验方法研究了海水鱼类鲈鱼黑鲪对pH、碱度、二氧化碳体系各分量的耐受性，应用概率单位法求得半致死浓度，并得到了碱度、碳酸根、碳酸氢根等的安全浓度，应用方差分析评价了pH和碱度致毒作用的显著性，探讨了不同pH、碱度范围的主要致死因子。

Results By optimization test, capture antibody and detection antibody (from PVA detection kit, Agdia, USA) were finally diluted at 1:50 (4ug/mL) and 1:25 to be used in one step CBA, respectively. A total CBA reaction time of 2 h was needed. No cross reactivity with other plant virus similar to potato virus Y, lettuce mosaic virus and tomato ring spot virus were found. Detection sensitivity for positive control sample in one-step CBA was 4 folds higher than that in normal plate double antibodies sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.

The EC50 values of procymidone and Junduqing were more than 10g/mL. At the concentration of EC50, all the tested fungicides did not affect the number of sclerotium. But the weight of sclerotium fell more than 70% after treated with triazole fungicides. All the triazole fungicides had no effect on the germination of sclerotium below the concentration of 10μg/mL.
