The article studied and analyzed the data of the investigative fishing vessel from 2002 to 2005, fisheries statistical data of Zhoushan and sequential monitoring data of Mackerel and Scad from marine fisheries research institute of Zhejiang Province. The results showed that the fishing ground of Mackerel and Scad mainly distributed in 28°-32°N, 122°-125°E, and fishing period was usually July to September, yearly average ratio of Mackerel and scad was 98.97 % from 2002 to 2005. According to the early rearch result of others, the fishery resources of Mackerel and Scad are 120 thousand tons.

In this paper, 4 variables of the distal tarsometatarsus were also collected from 25 specimens of fossil birds belonging to 14 genera of Early Cretaceous birds from Western Liaoning in China.
