Results show 1 the total water requirement of the crops in the Jinghe Watershed is 740543.20×10^4 m^3, accounting for 41.58% of the total water requirement of the region; 2 of the two major groups of crops, grain crops are higher than cash crops in water requirement quotas; and among specific crops, vegetables, melons, rice and cotton are higher and sunflower, potato and benne are lower than other crops; 3 water requirement per hectare varies from county to county with the highest being 5682m^3hm^(-2), in Jingyang County, and the lowest 4022 m^3hm^(-2) in Dingbian County, averaged to 4 583 m^3hm^(-2), but the water requirement quota of a crop does not vary with the county, so calculation of water requirement quota of a county is closely related to its cropping structure; and 4 because of serious waste of water in farming, the actual water consumption in agriculture in the region is much higher than the calculated crop water requirement.

结果表明，泾河流域农作物需水量总计740543.20万立方公尺，农作物需水占总需水量的比例较高，为41.58%。粮食作物需水定额较经济作物高；就具体作物而言，菜、瓜类、水稻、棉花等需水定额较高，向日葵、薯类、胡麻等较低。各县单位面积需水量差异较大，平均值为4583立方公尺hm^(-2)；泾阳县最高，为5682立方公尺hm^(-2)，定边县最低，为4022立方公尺hm^(-2)。由于事先设定大多数作物的需水定额不随县的改变而改变，因此需水量与作物结构密切相关。农业用水浪费严重，使泾河流域农作物实际用水量远高于需水量的理论计算值。

For fitting ROC curves and getting the area under the ROC curve, we applied the parametric methods of binormal models and ordinal regression models, the semiparametric method of Cox proportional hazards model, the nonparametric methods of Hanley, Delong.

本文采用双正态模型、有序回归模型等参数法，Cox比例风险模型半参数法，Hanley、Delong非参数法拟合了ROC曲线；文中也考虑了样本量的估计、协变量的混杂效应、再抽样技术计算ROC曲线下面积的标准误与可信区间等问题；并研究了SROC分析方法。

从一系列的数据可以看出，社区矫正既有利于行刑成本的节约，促进有限的司法资源的优化配置，也有利于对轻刑犯的改造，是符合行刑经济化的原则的；从刑事基础而言，近代刑事学派关注的目标发生了从犯罪行为到犯罪人的转变，在深入探究了犯罪的深层个性原因之后，提出了矫正刑的思想，并促进了假释、缓刑、保安处分等一系列现代刑法制度的出现与发展，这些都为社区制度的发展奠定了坚实的基础；从政策基础而言，目前国际比较流行的两极化刑事政策也为社区矫正的发展提供了契机，要集中有限的司法力量去打击那些恐怖犯罪、严重侵犯公民人身权利等犯罪，就必须将对轻刑犯的改造等部分负担转移到社区方面来；从环境基础而言，西方法治发达国家适用社区矫正的比例基本达到了50%以上，这为我国实行社区矫正提供了良好的国际环境和丰富的经验，并为我国和西方的法治对话提供了更宽广的对话平台。

You can find out it is the major temporary work, such as formwork, rebar jig, equipment etc. during the FPLM construction, in which the cost of the inner mould and outer form of box girder, the steel form of pier and pierhead of substructure, the rebar jig as well as the launching equipments are quite high. The quantity of those equipments was always depended on experience in the pass time. Therefore the more of the form quantity is used the higher of direct costs would be spent. On the other hand it would be reduced the capacity of production if the equipments are insufficient.

除口唇、鼻、眼眉、耳轮、下颌等部位外，面部大部分皮肤厚度为2.00～3.00mm。结论：本组所测青壮年面部不同部位的皮肤和表皮厚度不同，表皮占皮肤的比例相对稳定，皮肤厚度的区域分布具有一定特点，据此可以指导面部的磨削术等外科手术。

The computation analysis indicates that increasing the aperture of the concave focusing transducer, decreasing it's geometric focal length or raising it's central working frequency can improve the transverse and axial resolutions of the system simultaneously, but changing the dividing proportion of the transducer affects the two kinds of resolution differently. On compromisingly considering several factors including the exciting mode, the focusing ability and the radiation force effect, the concave focusing transducer should be divided into two equal-area parts.

The result pointed out that the vertical distribution of foliage for each species was different,however,generally speaking,the foliage in upper crown (0.3CL) for broad-leaved species in natural secondary forest took a small percentage,about 10%;in middle or middle lower of the crown(0.4CL to 0.8CL) the branches here took the majority percentage of whole foliage,almost 60%to 75%;but in lower crown(0.8CL),there was about 10%of whole foliage.(5)The interspecies competition of trees in secondary forest was expressed by Hegyi competitioin index,and the active competitor was calculated by the competition zone radius and the tree position,DBH,and distance in the zone,it was not all competitors in tranditional calculation.The study introduced crown area overlap index to describe the crown competition between subject tree and its competitors,furthermore,the crown area was classified into 5 levels with a method of equal crown projection area,therefor,the resulting crown area overlap index showed more realities of existing stand conditons.(6)Based on the theoretics of multiply divide,the spatial strcture optimizing model of secondary forest stand selective thinning was developed by diversity mingling,aggregation index,competition index and crown area overlap index,also designed 10 constraint conditions which were related to forestry meanings,the objective function was solved by the implicit enumeration method with LINGO 9.0,using 0-1 integer programming.

并且得出，每个树种在树冠内相对高度上的叶量的垂直分布是不同的，天然次生林阔叶树种的叶量在树冠的上部(0.3CL以下)所占比例很小，约占10%左右；在树冠的中部以及中下部(0.4CL～0.8CL)，叶量所占比例最大，几乎集中了整个树冠60%～75%的叶量；而在树冠的下部(0.8CL以下)，几乎占很少的叶量，大约10%左右。5、采用Hegyi竞争指数来表现次生林内林木的竞争关系，并且根据竞争圈的大小和林木在竞争圈内的分布位置、大小与距离来计算有效的竞争木，并不是传统意义上的全部竞争木；本研究提出用树冠叠加指数来表示林木与周围树木的树冠竞争情况，并采用等树冠投影面积法把树冠分为5级，这样计算的树冠叠加指数更加与现实林分相符。6、本研究基于乘除法的思想，用多样性混交度、聚集指数、竞争指数和树冠叠加指数构建了天然次生林择伐空间优化模型，设计了10个与林学意义相一致的约束条件，并采用0-1整数规划的思路，在LINGO9.0软件中使用了隐枚举法对目标函数求得最优解。7、以M702标准地为应用实例，具体计算出了每株采伐木，经过择伐后，目标函数值按模型设计的要求发生了极大的改变，增加了5倍多，说明了最后这个解的优良性，满足了设计的要求。
