近来性能较为显著的基于PSO算法的改进算法有Thanmaya Peram[10]等人于2003年提出的基于粒子群优化的适应值-距离-比例算法(Fitness-Distance-Ratio based Particle Swarm Optimization， FDR-PSO)，在此算法中每个粒子根据一定的适应值-距离-比例原则，向附近具有较好适应值的多个粒子进行不同程度的靠近，而不仅仅只向当前所发现的最好粒子靠近。

Firstly, we used the Raman scattering method which can calibrate in real time to measure the O2 (a1 Δ) yield of SOG for the first time in China. The measurement relative error is less than 8%. Based on the data from the experiments, we report the results that the diluent category and ratios influence the O2 (a1 Δ) yield. The relationship of P-τ values and the O2 (a1 Δ) yield of this SOG were given. The effects of distance and bypass of gas transportation on the O2 (a1 Δ) yield are investigated. Secondly, the chlorine utilization was measured by using Raman spectroscopy simultaneously when the O2 (a1 Δ) yield was measured. This method originated with us. The result about the chlorine utilization is coincident with other theoretic and experimental conclusions. The relationship given in this paper between gas stay time in SOG and chlorine utilization offers reference to improve the reaction efficiency and chemical efficiency of COIL. Finally, the partial water vapor pressure at the exit of SOG was measured by absorption spectroscopy. The water vapor fraction and partial pressure have trends changed with the generator total pressure, the diluentratios, and the BHP temperature. These experimental results are very important to improve experimental conditions of SOG, reduce the water vapor fraction, and enhance the output power of COIL.

由侧得的数据得到了加入稀释气体、稀释气体种类以及稀释比例对单重态氧产率的影响，给出了该发生器P一：值与仇产率的关系，还考察了传输距离对仇产率的影响；在国际上首创利用喇曼散射光谱法在侧量产率的同时进行了氯气利用率的检侧，侧试结果与其他理论及实验结果十分相近；给出了气体在发生器中的滞留时间与氯气利用率之间的关系，该结果为提高氧碘化学激光器的反应效率和化学效率提供了参考依据；另外采用了吸收光谱法对发生器出口处的水汽含量进行了测量、得到了水汽分压和百分含量随着发生器压力、稀释气体比例以及BHP温度等的变化情况，该实验结果对于改进发生器工作条件、减少水汽含量、提高氧碘化学激光器的出光功率具有十分重要的指导意义。

Our study has the following findings: most of the network bandwidth is used by P2P software to transfer the files, approximately 34%. Among the P2P software, the largest service item is the eDonkey, approximately 24%. Most of the traffic in each group is used by only a few users. The behaviors of the broadband users are significantly different than the narrowband users. To download the files is the major purpose of the broadband users, but the narrowband users are used to get their Emails. The files with the video files extensions of dat、mpg、avi and with image file extensions of iso、mdf、img are the primary file types transferred by campus users.

本研究发现：占用频宽最大比例者为P2P软体之档案资料传输，约占总频宽34%，其中最大项目为eDonkey，占总频宽使用量约24%；群组的流量，大部分是群组内少数使用者所使用；宽频及窄频使用者行为有显著不同，其中，宽频使用者是以下载档案为主，而窄频使用者是以收信为主；在档案的传输中，以副档名为dat、mpg、avi等影片档及副档名为iso、mdf、img等光碟映射档为主要传输类别。

Part II also studies the risk situation of domestic banks and the causes leading to the formation of those risks and the author's conclusion is that Chinese banks in particular the four largest state-owned banks are characterized by the following risks:(1)the high percentage of problem loans;(2)poor profit-earning capability;(3)few channels of generating income;(4)heavy burden of tax and other expenditures;(5)the lower percentage of self-owned capitals;(6)poor liquidity;(7)the unsoundness and imperfectness of the internal management structure risk management mechanism and company management structure; to make matters worse, Chinese banks are cornered by our social and economical environments such as the unfledged market mechanism, the poor credit degree of our community, the deficiency of legal system in protecting the legitimate rights and interests of creditors and local protectionism in subordinating banks' credits to those of local parties concerned,etc.

本文还对国内银行风险状况及其成因进行分析，认为目前我国银行业处于高风险状态，主要表现为：在银行经营管理方面，国有商业银行不良资产占比过高(占全部贷款的26.62%)，商业银行盈利性差，收入的多样性差，税赋重，自有资本金比例低，流动性不足，内部控制及公司治理机制等管理制度不健全、不完善等；在社会、法制环境方面，市场机制不健全，社会信用程度低，法律制度不完善，地方保护倾向明显，等等。

The results showed: 1 RN didn't the leaf width,leaf long,leaf area,yield,productive value and average price of flue-cured tobacco,but had significant effect on grad composing,content of chemical component and the accumulation of N,K and Cl.Within limited rang of RN,the relations between yield,average price,yield of high grad tobacco,yield of low grad tobacco,nicotin,N,reducing sugar,Cl,amylum,volatile base and the quotient of ammonium would been described by significant quadratic polynomial,and the relations between K and the quotient of ammonium conformed to negative linear equation;2With a RN of 75%∶25%,the value of proportion of high and middle grad tobacco,content of nicotin,N,K,uptake of N and K/Cl were the highest,volatile base was lowest.
