This paper presented the research and exploration of mechanism and technics as well as the design of the magnetic circuit of this new compound machining, based on above, establishing the parameter model, meantime, analyzing influential effects on productivity of magnetic and EDM compound machining the holes through large numbers of experiments, including velcoity contrast experiments of pre-compound and after-compound machining with the change of current, velcoity contrast experiments of pre-compound and after-compound machining with the change of magnetic induction, velcoity contrast experiments of pre-compound and after-compound machining with the change of impulse width, experiments of the superficial roughness, experiments of the Electrode wastage, and intersectant experiments analysis as well as the change experiments of current waveforms. Through a number of experiments we analysed the influential effects of magnetic and EDM compound machining, compared the factors with EDM by oneself. A large of experiment records and deducibility have demonstrated that the productivity of magnetic and EDM compound machining is developed by 20%～400% than traditional EDM.

本论文对磁场电火花复合加工这种新的复合加工的机理、工艺和复合加工的磁路设计进行了研究和探索，在此基础上，建立了磁场电火花复合加工的参数模型，同时通过大量的随着电流变化磁场电火花复合前后加工速度对比实验、磁感应强度变化时的加工速度变化实验、随脉冲宽度变化的加工速度实验、表面粗糙度实验、电极损耗量实验、磁场电火花复合加工正交实验分析、电流波形变化等实验，实验分析了影响磁场电火花小孔加工效率的因素，并且跟单一的电火花加工中的影响因数进行了比较，大量的实验数据和理论推导证明磁场电火花复合加工比传统的单一电火花加工的效率提高了20％～400％左右。

Fortunately, it's got some meaningful results.

Starting from the study on 8 typical, open and sealed faults in Yanqi Basin, by using integral seismic-geologic methods, such as fault stress analytical method and fault smearing method, it is found out that the critical values of the fault as it is vertically and horizontally opened and sealed are 0.3333 MPa and 5 MPa respectively. It is pointed Out that because times and vertical and strike positions of the fault are different, the fault seal properties are different.

从焉耆盆地所开展的8条比较典型的开启或者封堵的断裂的研究入手，利用地震地质综合研究的方法―"断面应力分析法"和"断面物质涂抹法"，发现该盆地内的断裂在横向上和垂向上开启或者封堵时的"临界值"分别为0.3333和5 MPa，指出断裂的封堵性因其形成的时间、垂向上所在的部位和走向上所在的位置等方面的不同而不同。

At first in the preliminary design this paper computes the linear damping coefficient of the viscous damper employed in this project using Composite Response Spectra approach, meantime, this paper proves that reducing the exponent of velocity of the piston can increase the magnitude of the dissipative energy, because of the viscous damper employed in the practical project character nonlinear behavior; next this chapter performs analysis and comparison between the building without and with the viscous dampers aforementioned when the building suffers from various Time Domain Response, from the angle of displacement, interstroy drift, velocity, interstory velocity, acceleration, energy, maximum axial force of the dampers and of the column etc., in order to prove that the incorporating the viscous dampers into the buildings has great superiority on enhancing its aseismic performance ; furthermore, this chapter also expatiates on diverse assembly form of the viscous dampers that results in the adverse impact on the internal force of the structural member in this building, on the ground of which this segment bring about the preference of the assembly form of the viscous damper; finally this chapter points out the sphere of application of the analysis and computation using Composite Response Spectra approach in design: it is available in well-proportioned stiffness structures and isn抰 available in the structures that contain weak story. It is recommendable, particularly, to incorporate the fluid viscous dampers into this structure that contain weak story to refrain earthquake and reinforce, such as the Central Hall of Shanghai Exhibition Hall.

首先使用了反应谱分析法设计出欲附设的粘滞阻尼器的线性阻尼系数，由于实际工程所用的粘滞阻尼器具有非线性的特性，故而笔者又证明了降低速度指数对提高粘滞阻尼器的耗能量的优势所在；接着分别从位移、层间位移、速度、层间速度、加速度、能量、最大阻尼出力和柱轴力等不同的角度对结构在附设粘滞阻尼器前后的时程反应进行了分析对比，籍此在实际工程中证明了附设粘滞阻尼器对于提高结构的抗震性能的优越性；再者，笔者还阐述了采用不同的粘滞阻尼器布置方式对结构中构件内力特别是柱轴力和基座竖向反力产生的不利影响，并在此基础上提出了布置方式的优选；最后，指出了反应谱法在设计中的适用范围：对于均匀结构反应谱法能够使用，而对于含有薄弱层的结构反应谱法并不适用；对于类似于上海展览馆中央大厅的含薄弱层的结构尤其值得使用粘滞阻尼器的方法进行抗震加固。

When processing the restrained conditions, we convert the restrained conditions into punish function and add it to fitness function which profits from the conventional method. We introduce the support vector machine to the selection operator, which increases the multiplicity of selection and increases the probability of the algorithm getting the overall optimal solution. Also, we use the adaptive probabilities of crossover and mutation in mixed GAs which enhances the efficiency of the algorithm. The result of tests about the system indicates that the improved genetic algorithm has more high convergence speed and better solution quality.
