In order to catch up with the step of internationalization, to continually publicize the ARF-pioneered sustainable building formula GB + Symbiosis = SB and symbiotic concept, and to share with the world the achievements of sustainable building promotion in Taiwan, we formed a delegation of 27 members with TSSBE that were founded by the ARF to participate in the triennial World Sustainable Building Conference held at Melbourne (SB08Melbourne) after participating in the SB meeting in 1998, 2000, 2002, and 2005 and the iiSBE Prague Meeting in 2006. June 14, 2007 , Zhou YongKang said on the national Narcotics Control Committee of the Whole Meeting that the source of heroin, which is a largest threat of China, has been effectively curbed and the staff who sucking heroin reduced. The serious complexion of heroin in key area has improved remarkably through expansion of anti-drug war after 2005. Although the harm caused by heroin is easing, but the anti-drug work is still very grim because the taking methamphetamine, dancing outreach and other new type drugs have spread.

2007年6月14日，周永康在国家禁毒委员会全体委员会议上指出，2005年以来，通过深入开展禁毒人民战争，对我国危害最大的海洛因来源得到有效遏制，吸食海洛因的人员明显减少，重点地区海洛因问题严重的局面明显改观，海洛因造成的危害逐渐减轻，但吸食冰毒、摇头丸等新型毒品有蔓延趋势，禁毒工作依然十分严峻。

Infectious serositis of duck is a sort of infectious disease which is acute,septicemic and contagium in the past 20 years of our country.It chiefly affects 2-7 week's duckling and its mortality is up to 50%-80%.Because of its usually mixed infection with other bacteria,it have influenced the development of duck industry and have caused huge economic loses.

鸭传染性浆膜炎是我国近二十年来新出现的一种感染鸭、鹅、火鸡等多种禽类的急性、败血性、接触性传染病，主要感染2-7周龄雏鸭，死亡率高达50%-80%，并因常与其他细菌混合感染，严重影响了养鸭业的发展，造成了巨大的经济损失。

Combined with animal model of peradaptation to myocardium ischemia , the research observed the level of enzymatic dynamics of myocardium, SOD,MDA,ET and correlation peptide of calcitonin gene in peripheral blood and cardiac function, apoptic cell and expression of apoptosis regulatory gene, ultrastructure of myocardium with BIOPAC16, in situ end labeling and hybridism, optic microscope and electron microscope. The study of animal model of peradaptation to myocardium ischemia illustrated that the peradaptation and pretreatment with Wenxin capsule could be positively protective for the injury of ischemia reperfusion. The protection is mainly reflected by reduction of infarction area, correction of heart rhythm abnormality of ischemia reperfusion, melioration of the contraction and relaxation function of myocardium, recovery of the subcellular structure and themelioration of the abnormality of biochemical and bioactive substance in the myocardium.

并结合心肌缺血预适应动物模型，采用BIOPAC16导生理记录和分析处理系统处理心肌功能指标，采用原位末端标记及原位杂交技术标记凋亡细胞及凋亡相关调控基因的表达，采用光电镜技术观察心肌超微结构的变化，同时观察外周血心肌酶、超氧化物歧化酶、丙二醛、内皮素、降钙素基因相关肽等水平，结果表明心肌缺血预适应及温心胶囊预处理对心肌缺血再灌注损伤具有肯定的保护作用，其保护心脏作用主要表现在缩小心肌梗死范围、抗缺血再灌注心律失常、改善心肌收缩和舒张功能、减轻心肌超微结构损伤，调节心肌生化物质及生物活性物质的生成和释放。

本文使用1982-1997年OISST周平均格点资料、OLR侯平均资料以及NCEP／NCAR再分析日平均资料集中的海表热通量、850 hPa风场以及海平面气压场等资料，采用不同的谱分析方法确认了南海全区SST季节内变化（30-90天）的存在性，并通过相关分析以及位相合成技术，分别研究了夏季风期间与冬季风期间南海SST季节内变化的基本特征和形成机制。

In this study, we found out that linalool, a small-molecule compound, could inhibit the growth of various human lymphocyte leukemia cell lines significantly. Meanwhile, it showed little toxicity to normal hematopoietic cells. To determine effects of linalool on the growth of a serious of human leukemia cell lines and normal hematopoietic cells and to explore its possible mechanisms, we employed various technologies, including MTT assay, Flow cytometry, Human Cancer PathwayFinder II Gene Array, Western Blot, RT-PCR and so on.

我们在筛选抗肿瘤小分子化合物时，发现天然小分子化合物芳樟醇能明显抑制多种人淋巴细胞白血病细胞增殖，而对正常人骨髓造血细胞及外周血细胞的增殖没有明显的影响，为此我们用MTT技术、流式细胞术、肿瘤相关信号通路分析技术以及Western blot、RT-PCR等手段和方法探讨了芳樟醇对不同类型白血病细胞系及相应正常造血细胞中的影响情况，及其诱导白血病细胞凋亡的可能分子机制。

Beginning with Sundquist, many students have come down to the side of stalemate and gridlock under divided government. David Mayhew challenges this view. He examines the consequences in term of policy output. He finds that divided government has not produced gridlock in either policy or process.

以Sundquist为主的传统派认为分立政府带来行政瘫痪、效率低落及府会僵局等负面效果，而另一派Mayhew则以一套周延的理论检验传统派的看法，结果发现分立政府与一致政府的运作效果并无显著差异。

The development of an equal precision frequency and phase meter based on FPGA is introduced in this paper, mainly about the design of hardware and software. The Design mainly includes three modules: counting module, calculating module and displaying module. The number of period of a signal is counted by counting module, data from counting module is computed by calculating module, and finally the result from calculating module is showed by displaying module.
