It also analyzes the impact of food price on exchange rate pass-through effect. Then, chapter four uses Vector Autoregression model to examine the short term and dynamic effect of exchange rate pass-through. The above empirical results reveal that the exchange rate pass-through effect to domestic prices is incomplete and time-lagged.
