In this paper, the effects of factors like flotation、cooling velocity on distribution and microstructure of the material were studied under the condition of unidirectional and multidi〓tional solidification, an order of magnitude analysis was performad in order to understand the dynamics of an advancing solid/liquid interface behind a particle as well as the behavior of the particle in front of the interface, and a model of critical velocity for the pushing/engulfment transition of particles by the interface was built, the theoretic result gave a good explain to experimental one.

本文考察了在常规铸造和定向凝固条件下，浮力、冷却速度等因素对SiC颗粒分布以及材料组织的影响，分析了颗粒在凝固过程中的行为以及对界面的作用，建立了在胞状树枝晶凝固条件下枝晶对颗粒的推移/吞并临界速度模型，理论分析和实验结果基本一致。

Results: Regression equation of standard curve was A=151.33+87136x (r=0.9999), and linear range was between 0.0418 and 0.2508μg; the average recovery was 99.4%. The results of the tissue distribution demonstrated that harmine levels in stomach, lungs, liver, brain and heart in the emulsion group were higher than those in the suspension group, with the highest conc entration in stomach.

结果：方法学考察表明，标准曲线回归方程为A=151.33+87136x（r=0.9999），线性范围0.0418～0.2508μg，平均回收率99.4%；小鼠体内试验显示，harmine乳剂组在胃、肺、肝、心等脏器中的药物分布均高于混悬液组，且胃内harmine水平大大高于其他脏器，并在较高浓度维持较长时间。

The comparison between experimetal and calculated results indicated that the simulation model and equilibrium phase diagram calculation can exactly describe the elements distribution law and predict microstructure variation near interface.

Influence of tolerance factor on the complex engine performance was analyzed, then a new tolerance analysis and optimization method for complex product was proposed. The method synthesized effects such as tolerance size, tolerance location and component error accumulation on the product performance. Tolerance was then optimized based on the result of tolerance analysis and processing cost of different parts.
