In this paper we introduce a finite element program design method for solving 3 D thoracic electrical field distribution,based on Borland C++ for DOS and using isoparametric element of arbitrary hexahedron.In the process of solving final finite element equation,this paper uses the method of blocking and 'getting big number' to deal with total coefficient matrix and boundary conditions.

本文介绍了一种采用等参数8节点任意六面体单元来求解人体胸腔三维恒定电场分布的有限元程序设计方法，程序的编制基于BorlandC＋＋ForDOS的编程环境，在对最终形成的有限元代数方程的求解过程中采用了分块处理总系数矩阵及"取大数"处理边界条件的方法。

The Pb-Pb isochron of metamorphic argillite in Shuangqiaoshan Group is 1 490±68 Ma, while the Nd mode ages of Zhanggongshan Group, Shuangqiaoshan Group, Chenglang Group and Xiushui Group are 1.57 Ga, 1.89 Ga, 1.77 Ga, 1.60 Ga,respectively, less than 1.6-1.9 Ga, which suggest that they formed in Middle Proterozoic Subera.

Methods Sequence specific primers-polymerase chain reaction was used for the detection of genotypes and alleles of rs3850641 A/G loci in OX40L gene in 187 PACS cases (≤55 years) and 138 controls. Diseased vessel numbers and stenostic severity integral by coronary arteriogram and serum levels of sOX40L, C-reactive protein and vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (VCAM-1) by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and nephelometry were measured. The relationship between OX4OL gene variants and PACS risk, SSI as well as plasma levels of three cytokines were analysed.

The distributions of the chain radius of gyration and the two-dimensional asphericity are measured. It is found that the DNA molecules exhibit highly anisotropic shape even for circular-form and the mean asphericity is chain length independence.
