Its result has the very important practice meaning.

本文在查阅大量国内外文献的基础上，运用光镜、透射电镜和扫描电镜等金相试验手段和拉伸、冲击、显微硬度等力学性能试验，对高锰钢辙叉与钢轨闪光对焊接头的显微组织形态、硬度分布和力学性能进行了研究和分析。

Moutains of evidences from laboratary and clinical data show that gene abnormality is the major etiological factor of over 40% patients affected with epilepsy.There were also 6 epilepsy genes been cloned successfully, and mutations of over 1000 genes maybe related to epilepsy. These abnormal genes influence many aspects from molecular level to the neuronal plasticity, such as the development of brain,neuronic degeneration, remodeling of neural circuits, energy metabolism, ion channel and so on.These factors would at last affect the formation of epilepsy focus, propagations of epileptic potentials, vulnerability of epilepsy cells.

大量的实验和临床资料提示基因异常是40%以上癫痫患者的病因，有6种常见全身癫痫的基因已被成功克隆，1000种以上的基因突变可能与癫痫的发作有关，这些表达异常的基因分布在脑发育、神经元变性及神经环路重组、能量代谢、离子通道等多个环节，从分子、细胞、神经元可塑性等多个方面影响着癫痫灶的形成、痫性放电的扩布及癫痫细胞的损伤，构成了癫痫的基因机制。

By integrating drilling and well logging data, the Jurassic system was divided into 6 Ⅲ sequences and 17 systematical domains. The sequence boundary was identified by using the terminal correlation of seismic reflection, regional lithologic interface, changes of paleontologic distributive characters, number of logging curve and its style discontinuity. The systematical domain was divided based on the recognition of the first flooded surface and maximum flooded surface and in combination with analysis of parasequence superimposed style.

The first year of this project studied the sintering behavior of sub-micron .theta.-alumina powders. After forming using cold isostatic pressing, green specimens were heat treated at various temperature and time. The pore size distribution, density, phase transformation, and microstructure were analyzed using mercury porosimeter, XRD, SEM.

中文摘要本计画第一年进行次微米之θ相氧化铝粉末的烧结行为研究，粉末以冷均压成型后以不同之温度及时间进行热处理，坯体/烧结体以水银孔隙仪、XRD及SEM等仪器，分析其孔隙分布、密度、相转换量、微结构等。

Methods from Sept 2000 to March, 2002 516 patients with body tumor were therapied. The radiotherapeutic plan and set dosage distribution had been worked out on the basis of the carcinoma position, clinical target volume, patient health condition, and therapeutic aim. The isodosage curve was 50-90%. The fractional doses was 300-900cgy. The therapy had been repeated for 5-9 times for one patient, every two days one time. Results the patients were followed up 3 to 15 months after therapy.
