本实验从经典遗传、分子遗传、育种潜力评估、育种新品系选育等领域，对巨大胚、甜胚乳、暗胚乳三种新型突变体进行了全面系统研究。在对巨大胚进行分子定位过程中，对涉及到的突变体与原始亲本基因组变化，籼、粳、中间型材料的RFLP多态性与杂种优势之间关系，水稻品种的复等位、零等位表现，鉴定籼、粳特异性的零等位RFLP标记，零等位标记RG684在稻种中分布，RFLP标记在籼粳交F2群体中分离等遗传现象也一并进行了分析。

Guided by the theory of sequence stratigraphy, using the data of seismic, drill, well-logging and core, and adopting the multiplex geophysical techniques of well-logging and seismic composite analysis, 3D seismic interpretation, well-logging inversion, isochronism slicing and Stratimagic seismic facies analysis, this paper goes deep into studying some technical problems about the establishment of isochronal sequence stratigraphy framework, the prediction of sedimentary microfacies distribution and the prediction of the subtle reservoirs, and then preliminarily establishes a set of techniques about high resolution sequence stratigraphy research and subtle reservoir exploration, which is guided by the theory of modern sequence stratigraphy and armed with advanced geophysical interpretation techniques.

本文以层序地层学理论为指导，综合利用地震、钻井、测井和岩芯等资料，充分应用井-震综合分析技术、三维地震解释技术、井约束反演技术、等时地层切片技术和Stratimagic地震相分析技术等手段，深入研究了井-震等时层序划分、沉积微相展布及隐蔽油藏分布预测等技术难题，初步形成了一套以现代层序地层学理论为指导，以先进的地球物理解释技术为手段的高分辨率层序地层学研究和隐蔽油藏预测技术方法体系，并将该技术方法体系在四方坨子地区进行了试用，取得了明显成效。

According to the practical characteristics and parameters during hot finishing rolling process of aluminium alloy JP1235, a three-dimensional thermo-mechanical coupled elastic-plastic FEM model was established with the software Marc. And this model was used to simulate the rolling state of F1 stand without back tension. The lateral distribution of rolling force、contact friction force and other mechanic parameters were calculated. Meanwhile, simulated the rolling state considering the influence of mill tilt, and studied the distribution of the mechanics under this state, discussed the effect of mill tile on mechanic parameters and strip steering, which can provide some reference to steering control strategy.

根据JP1235铝合金板带热精轧过程的实际工艺特点和工艺参数，采用非线性有限元软件Marc，建立一个三维热力耦合弹塑性有限元模型，模拟了精轧机组第一机架（F1机架）失去后张力作用后的轧制状态，计算出轧制过程中轧制力、摩擦力等力能参数沿板宽方向上的分布情况，在此基础上，模拟初始轧辊倾斜影响下的轧制状态，并对该轧制状态下的力能参数分布情况进行研究，探讨轧辊倾斜对力能参数分布及跑偏规律的影响，为纠偏控制提供了一定的理论依据。

The main research tasks and results are as follows:(1) Through comparing the stress intensity factor of compact tension specimen calculated by finite element software with the theoretical value, the feasibility of calculating fracture parameters of crack tip in ABAQUS software was verified.(2) The relationship between the elastic modulus of the material and research scale was studied based on deriving the cohesive stress theory and other relevant theories. And the elastic modulus of the material on meso-scale was determined.(3) Global model and sub-model of the finite element were built in th...e macro-scale, and stress-strain field nearby the crack tip was analyzed, and the results show that the detailed stress-strain in the crack tip could be obtained by using the sub-model technique.(4) In meso-scale, the crack growth model was also established by assuming the crack propagating along the grain boundary, and the detailed stress-strain field in the crack tip was obtained.(5) The effect of crack length on Von Mises stress, and maximum principal stress and strain was analyzed in meso-scale when equivalent KI equals 30MPa.m1/2. And the results show that except for crack tip area, the stress-strain distribution in whole specimen is not affected.

主要完成研究内容和取得成果如下：(1)利用有限元软件计算出紧凑拉伸试样的裂纹尖端应力强度因子KI值，其结果与理论值一致，从而验证了利用ABAQUS计算裂纹尖端相关断裂参量的可行性；(2)在研究内聚应力等相关理论的基础上，推导出了研究尺度与材料弹性模量的近似关系，并确定了介观尺度上的弹性模量；(3)在宏观尺度上建立了全局有限元计算模型和子模型，得到了裂纹尖端应力应变场分布，结果表明利用子模型技术获得比较准确的裂纹尖端应力应变场分布是可行的；(4)在介观尺度上利用平均晶粒尺度的方式建立了裂纹沿晶扩展模型，得到了裂纹尖端断裂过程区的微观应力应变场；(5)当应力强度因子为30MPa.m1/2时，分析了介观尺度上在裂纹沿晶扩展过程中裂纹长度对Mises应力、最大主应力和应变的影响，结果表明，裂纹扩展长度对试样整体应力应变分布影响不大，而对裂纹尖端区域有较大影响；(6)介。。。
