Methods MHC-DRB1, DQA1, DQB1 were examined by using polymerase chain reaction/sequence specific oligonuleotide probe methods in 19 patients with miliary tuberculosis, 36 with tuberculous menigitis,20 with primary tuberculosis, 28 with tuberculous pleurisy and 91 controls.

采用聚合酶链式反应-序列特异性寡核苷酸探针斑点杂交方法，测定原发性肺结核20例、结核性胸膜炎28例、粟粒型肺结核19例、结核性脑膜炎36例和91例正常对照组的MHC-DRB1，DQA1，DQB1等位基因。

Meanwhile, Tibetan sheep (breeded in Sanjiaocheng of Qinghai, Huangcheng and Gannan of Gansu ), Mincounty Blank Fur sheep and Texel and Poll Dorset were controlled. The results indicated that polymorphism was tested at the loci of Hb, Tf and Es, that erythrocyte protein 1 and 2 were monomorphism. There were a couple of allele and three genotypes at the loci of Hb and Es. There were 10 genotypes at the locus of Tf, which was determined by 5 alleles.

结果表明，青海细毛羊和甘肃高山细毛羊的血红蛋白、转铁蛋白和酯酶基因座上存在丰富的多态性，其中Hb和Es位点受一对等位基因控制，共构成3种基因型；Tf位点受5个等位基因控制，共构成10种基因型；而红细胞蛋白质-1（EP-1）和红细胞蛋白质-2（EP-2）基因座均呈显单态；青海细毛羊的AMY基因座具有AMY1、AMY2、AMY3三种同工酶，其中AMY2呈多态，有AMY2A和AMY2O两种表现型，而甘肃高山细毛羊的AMY呈显单态。

Methods -3489C/T and 478C/T polymorphism were screened in 196 type 2 diabetic patients and 119 normal controls by polymerase chain reaction restriction fragment lenth polymorphism method.

The purpose of the work is to investigate the frequencies and polymorphisms of HIV-1 resistant CCR5delta32,CCR2b-64I,SDF1-3′A alleles in Chinese Dai and Chingpaw populations.Whole blood samples from 101 Dai subjects and 113 Chingpaw were collected randomly and their genomic DNA were extracted with QIAgen Blood Kits.Allelic frequencies were identified by PCR-RFLP analysis.Allelic polymorphisms in Dai population or Chingpaw population and both sexes in the samples were analyzed by χ2 test.

为了调查HIV-1感染相关的等位基因CCR5△32、CCR2b-64I、SDF1-3′A在我国云南省德宏州傣族景颇族人群中的频率和多态性分布，此课题以101例傣族和113例景颇族人群为研究对象，应用PCR、PCR-RFLP(聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性)分析方法进行检测，计算突变基因频率；并对其群体分布、性别分布进行统计学分析。

Methods 202 kinless subjects of the Chinese Han were investigated in this study, including 82 normal controls, and 120 cases diagnosed as CHD. The PPARδ+294T/C gene polymorphism was determined by polymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment length polymorphisms. The frequencies of PPARδ+294T/C genotypes and the "C"allele frequency were analyzed, to evaluate the risk for the CHD among variant genotypes.

长江中下游地区常有梅雨天气，大豆苗期易形成涝害。在前人研究我国大豆资源耐淹性的基础上，本文进一步研究我国和亚洲其他国家大豆育成品种苗期耐淹性的遗传变异，发掘优异资源；对耐淹性进行关联定位，寻找优异等位变异及其载体材料，并追索在后代育成品种中的累积。
