Chapter One of this dissertation deals with the UG theory, the logical problems of language acquisition and three hypotheses concerning the role of UG in L2 acquisition; Chapter Two interprets English and Chinese wh-questions, wh-movement as well as the principles of Subjacency and the ECP; Chapter Three reviews the main studies on wh-movement constraint in L2 acquisition in the past two decades; Chapter Four concerns the research methodology adopted in this study; Chapter Five involves collection, analysis and discussion of the data obtained in the GJ Task; Chapter Six is the conclusions.

At first part of this paper author introduces the development of grid and Globus Project. The development and architecture about CDG are introduced at the second part. At the third part, LDAP and MDS-2 of Globus Toolkit2.4 are introduced in detail. How CDG information service and scheduler are implemented is explained at the fourth part of this paper. At fifth part, some testing data chart and viewdata graphics are showed with some conclusion. The sixth part, the last part of the paper, is the review of authors work and the prospect of future work.

The content includes six parts: Part one is a summary of ASP,this part has done the detailed introduction to the correlate knowledge of ASP;Part two is a summary of datebase,this part introduces how to interview datebase mostly; Part three is the analyse in demand,this part makes frondose analyse about function,performance and environmental demand for the system;Part four is a collectivity design,this part gives holistic design plan to every modules;Part five is a particular design,this part gives detailed introduction to each module's realization and design;Part six is a tag.

内容包括6个部分：第一部分是ASP概述，该部分对ASP技术的相关知识做了详细的介绍；第二部分是数据库概述，该部分主要是介绍ASP对数据库的访问；第三部分是需求分析，该部分对系统的功能，性能和环境做了具体的分析；第四部分是总体设计，该部分对系统的各个模块给出了整体的设计方案；第五部分是详细设计，该部分分别对各个功能模块的实现与设计做的详细的介绍；第六部分是结束语。

This thesis mainly deals with the packet filter firewall by applicating Netfilter on the basis of Linux, consisting of seven parts: first, it generally describes the firewall; second, it introduces the exploiting platform Linux and the software debug environment; third, it simply analyzes some networking protocols; fourth, it analyzes the network attacks and their defensing measures; fifth, it describes the most important part of the thesis--the analysis of netfilter's frame and the exploiting and designing process of the firewall; sixth, it introduces the design of the device drivers of the Linux which is the theory base of exploting the user's interface ; the last part is the applicating guide of its exploiting process.

本文介绍了运用Netfilter防火墙技术，在LINUX环境上实现包过滤防火墙的方法和过程，在内容上主要包括了七个部分：第一部分对防火墙的概述；第二部分则介绍此次开发的平台LINUX和软调环境；第三部分对几种网络协议做了简单的分析；第四部分分析了网络攻击及其防御措施；第五部分则是本次设计的核心部分Netfilter框架分析以及防火墙的开发设计思路；第六部分则介绍LINUX设备驱动程序的设计，它是开发用户接口部分的理论基础；最后则是所开发程序的使用说明部分。

本文首先由第一章前导出论文的写作发想及研究范围与方法；於第二章切入「后遗民」之「遗」的所兴所由，藉此梳理出「后遗民」的个人、家族、历史、爱欲、经验及体悟；第三章则指出书写与成就自传性文本之关连；而第四章的重心置於文学的发声与「后遗民」自历史淡出的末裔意识；在第五章说明「后遗民书写」非仅是哀祭，而是通往自我重建的途径；第六章统整上述篇章，视「离散」为出入多元文化之旋钮。

This thesis applies factor analysis in ship type optimization and uses this method to comprehensively grade the alternative ship types of second Carriage iron ore shipment from Majishan to Bao steel and finally gets the optimal ship type for this line.

本论文主要内容包括：第二章主要分析了国际铁矿石运输现状；第三章介绍我国进口铁矿石的情况，分析了我们铁矿石运输存在的不足并预测了发展趋势；第四章介绍了传统的船型论证方法、步骤；第五章计算了从马迹山到宝钢原料码头的船型方案的主要指标，并用传统的方法做了船型方案的选优；第六章介绍了因子分析法在船型论证中的应用，并用因子分析法对船型选优做了综合评定，得出适合马迹山到宝钢的二程矿石运输的最优船型。

The first three chapters discuss the original rules and ideas, challenges and adaptive changes of the plan in practice, especially illustrated by related typical analysis; chapter four analyzes the general character of the cities which adopted city-manager plan, such as city size, area distribution, etc.; chapter five analyzes abandonment of city-manager plan, particularly its causation; chapter six discusses the professional management advocated by city -manager plan, and influence over other forms of local government.

In the paper chapter one introduces the background and significance about designing the GPIB controller based on Ethernet. Chapter two describes the whole design idea of the controller, at the same time, introduces ENET protocol, TCP/IP protocol and other associating protocols. Chapter three discusses the hardware and firmware design of ENET-GPIB controller. Chapter four describes how to realize the dynamic link library functions and VISA functions of the controller. Chapter five collogues the trend of ATS. Chapter six summaries the design and give some experience and advice about scientific research.

本文第一章讨论了设计基于ENET 总线的GPIB 控制器背景意义，第二章大致描述控制器的整体设计框架，并简要介绍ENET，TCP/IP 等相关协议；第三章阐述了ENET-GPIB 控制器的硬件电路及底层固件的设计与实现；第四章阐述ENET-GPIB 控制器动态链接库函数和VISA 控制函数的实现；第五章畅谈自动测试系统的发展趋势；第六章对整个ENET-GPIB 控制器设计进行总结，并给出了个人的科研心得体会。

针对我国精神损害赔偿制度的缺陷，笔者认为，要完善我国精神损害赔偿制度，应从以下几方面着手：第一，明确精神损害赔偿的概念和从立法上确认精神损害赔偿制度；第二，应进一步拓宽精神损害赔偿的适用范围；第三，请求精神损害赔偿的主体应放宽条件限制；第四，在责任方式上，应该采取财产方式与非财产方式并重的&双轨制&；第五，精神损害赔偿的标准和数额须进一步明确；第六，应确立刑事附带精神损害赔偿制度。
