Article 62 Where any realty management enterprise, in violation of the present Regulation, entrust to others all the realty management within the realty management area, the administrative department of real estate of the local people's government at the county level or above shall order that enterprise to get right within a prescribed time limit, and impose on it a fine ranging from 30% to 50% of the price of the entrustment contract, and the enterprise's qualification certificate shall be countermanded by the department that issued the certificate if the circumstances are serious.

第六十二条违反本条例的规定，物业管理企业将一个物业管理区域内的全部物业管理一并委托给他人的，由县级以上地方人民政府房地产行政主管部门责令限期改正，处委托合同价款30％以上50％以下的罚款；情节严重的，由颁发资质证书的部门吊销资质证书。

第六十一条违反本条例的规定，物业管理企业聘用未取得物业管理职业资格证书的人员从事物业管理活动的，由县级以上地方人民政府房地产行政主管部门责令停止违法行为，处5万元以上20万元以下的罚款；给业主造成损失的，依法承担赔偿责任。
