第六十九条生产、经营或者进口国家明令禁止使用的可能产生职业病危害的设备或者材料的，依照有关法律、行政法规的规定给予处罚。

Article 61 The State shall formulate preferential policies to support national autonomous areas in their efforts to develop economic relations and trade with foreign countries, extend decision-making power of the manufacturing enterprises of national autonomous areas in the management of foreign trade, encourage them to develop their local superstandard products for export, and carry out the preferential policy for border trade.

第六十一条国家制定优惠政策，扶持民族自治地方发展对外经济贸易，扩大民族自治地方生产企业对外贸易经营自主权，鼓励发展地方优势产品出口，实行优惠的边境贸易政策。

Article 61 A department shall examine, verify and totalize the draft final accounts of all units subordinate to it and then compile draft final accounts of its own and shall, within the prescribed time limit, submit such draft to the financial department of the government at the corresponding level for examination and verification.

第六十一条各部门对所属各单位的决算草案，应当审核并汇总编制本部门的决算草案，在规定的期限内报本级政府财政部门审核。

Article 64 Where any person, in violation of the provisions of Article 20 of this Law, unauthorizedly files in a foreign country an application for a patent that divulges an important secret of the State, he shall be subject to disciplinary sanction by the entity to which he belongs or by the competent authority concerned at the higher level.

The customs shall, in line with the provisions of the Table of Import Tariff Rates of Imported Articles, the Table of Categorisation of the People's Republic of China of Imported Articles and the Table of Customs Value of the People's Republic of China of Imported Articles formulated by the Customs General Administration, categorise imported articles, identify customs value, and tariff rate applicable.

第六十一条海关应当按照《进境物品进口税税率表》及海关总署制定的《中华人民共和国进境物品归类表》、《中华人民共和国进境物品完税价格表》对进境物品进行归类、确定完税价格和确定适用税率。
