Part One is an introduction focusing on the background,the significance and the purpose of the present study.Part two provides a brief overview of a theoretical review on the nature of reading process,a brief review of 3 traditional methods of teaching in reading and research on TBLT in china and abroad.Part three introduces Constructivism,Krashen"s "Input and Interactionist Hypothesis" and The affective filter hypothesis,which construct a theoretical frame for the study.Part four provides the application of TBLT to teaching reading in senior middle school,mainly including fundamental principles,types of the reading task design and finally introducing the design of TBLT models in senior high school according to Willis"task-implementing model in teaching.Part five elaborates the experiment itself,mainly including the hypothesis of the present study,the procedures of the experiments and questionnaires.Part six is data collection and analyses.The result of the experiment shows that TBLT is more effective than traditional method in senior middle school English reading.Part seven draws a conclusion to the study.Implications as well as limitations are discussed here.

陈述了目前研究的背景，意义和目的；第二部分为文献综述，介绍三种阅读模式，以往阅读课所用的传统教法及其局限性；任务的定义，国内外对任务型教学的研究；第三部分为任务型教学的理论基础，介绍了构建主义理论，克拉申的输入假设理论，情感过滤假设；第四部分探讨了任务型教学在高中英语阅读教学的具体应用，包括阅读课设计的原则，类型，以及根据Willis的教学模式所设计的高中英语阅读教学模式；第五部分为实验部分，包括本研究的假设、实验方法、实验过程、测量工具等；第六部分数据收集和分析，结果表明：任务型教学提高英语阅读教学成绩比传统的教法有效；第七部分是本研究的结论，本研究对外语阅读教学的启示及本研究的局限性。

本文共分七大部分，第一部分是组合件的结构及工艺性分析；第二部分是组合件的协调方案设计；第三部分是组合件装配型架的方案论证，从技术和经济角度综合考虑，选择合理、经济的型架设计方案；第四部分是组合件的装配型架设计，主要论述了骨架，定位件和夹紧件的选择；第五部分是介绍了组合件装配型架的安装；第六部分是组合件装配型架的设计技术条件及实际技术问题的处理；第七部分钣金件加工设计。

Main contents of the second chapter "art words methods" are introduction of art words, basic writing skills and originality design of chinese and western characters, etc. Main contents of the third chapter "basic components of plane" are spot, strokes and spaces, etc. Main contents of the fourth chapter "format and rules of plane" are symmetry and balance, repitition and group tendency, rhythm and cadence, comparision and change, consonance and unification, breakthrough and variance, etc. Main contents of the fifth chapter "basic design of space of a whole page" are gridding system, visual process of space design, word editing, graph space design, etc. Main contents of the sixth chapter "color planning" are color introduction, surface color system, color and visual psychology, color planning, etc. Main contents of the seventh chapter "plane advertisment design" are newspaper and magazine advertisment design, outdoor and POP advertisment design, etc.

第二章"美术字技法"的主要内容有美术字概说、中外文字体的基本写法、中/外文字体的创意设计等；第三章"平面构成的基本要素"的主要内容有造型基本要素如点、线、面等；第四章"平面构成的形式法则"的主要内容有对称与平衡、重复与群化、节奏与韵律、对比与变化、调和与统一、破规与变异等；第五章"基础版面设计"的主要内容有网格系统、版面设计的视觉流程、文字编排、图形的版面设计等；第六章"色彩计划"的主要内容有色彩概论、表色体系、色彩与视觉心理、色彩设计等；第七章"平面广告设计"的主要内容有报刊广告设计、户外广告设计、 POP 广告设计等。

The themes of this thesis are as the following: chapterⅠdiscusses the differences between a material information and an inside information, and then points out the legislative error of the insider trading regulation in Taiwan; chapter II briefly introduces the legislative evolution of the Article 157－1 of Securities Exchange Act in Taiwan; chapterⅢ points out the source of law of the "insider trading" regulation and its punishability; chapter Ⅳ analyzes the "insider trading" regulation based on the criminal "Tatbestand" theory in Taiwan.

本文的架构如下：第一章，主要在说明重大消息与内线消息的不同，并点出现行证券交易法对於内线交易规范的立法错误；第二章，简介证券交易法第157条之1的立法沿革；第三章，探讨「内线交易」构成要件及其「可罚性」的法律依据；第四章，则是本文的重心所在，即以我国的刑事构成要件理论剖析「内线交易」构成要件，并同时以法治国刑事法的法理探讨其相关解释、适用疑义暨重新检讨其立法妥当性，乃至於提出修法建议；第五章，评析内线交易的若干实务见解；第六章，则是本文结论与内线交易相关修法建议──以刑事责任为限。

The paper is structured as follows: section 1 provides an introduction of practical background, research issues, related notion, research framework, research method and innovation points. Section 2 presents related literature review and comments. Section 3 focuses on the research on the factors of industrial environment and networking backgrounds which influencing dualistic-innovation of clustered firms, and puts forward the hypothesizes; Section 4 is the empirical research that inspect and verify the authenticity of hypothesis proposed in section 3; section 5 concentrates on research on coordination mechanism of dualistic-innovation for clustered firms; section 6 is another empirical research that exam the theoretical derivation of section 4; followed by section 7, the conclusion and suggestion for government policy and further research.

论文的主要内容如下：第一章是绪论，介绍研究的现实背景、研究问题、x相关概念、研究框架、研究方法和创新点等；第二章是对文章所涉及的创新领域研究文献的回顾与评述；第三章是网络视角的集群企业二元式创新的影响因素研究，分析影响集群企业二元式创新活动的产业环境和网络环境的关键因素及其作用机制，并提出相应的命题假设；第四章是对应的实证分析，检验上一章提出的二元式创新影响因素的命题假设成立与否；第五章是网络视角的集群企业二元式创新的协调方式研究，提出相应的协调模型和具体的运行机制；第六章同样是对应性的实证分析，检验集群企业二元式创新协调方式的理论推导；第七章是结论、建议与未来的研究展望。

In the first section, the effect of sodium houttuyfonate on the level of lysozyme secreted by macrophages was first tested by bacteriolytic method; then the effect of sodium houttuyfonate on the level of tartaric acid resistant acid phosphatase produced in macrophages was investigated by analyzing the phenol generated in the reaction that was catalyzed by the enzyme; the third, the effect of sodium houttuyfonate on the phagocytic activity of macrophages was observed by microscopy; the forth, the effect of sodium houttuyfonate on the production of complement C4 from macrophages was tested by hemolytic method; the fifth, the effect of sodium houttuyfonate on the expression of C3b receptors on the surface of macrophages was analyzed by observing the formation percentage of zymosan wreath; the sixth, the effect of sodium houttuyfonate on the respiratory burst in macrophages was tested by flow cytometry; the seventh, the effect of sodium houttuyfonate on the production of IL-1α and IL-1β from macrophages was tested by ELISA method.

在这一章中，首先，采用溶菌法考察合成鱼腥草素对巨噬细胞分泌溶菌酶水平的影响；其次，采用游离酚法研究合成鱼腥草素对巨噬细胞产生的耐酒石酸酸性磷酸酶水平的影响；第三，采用显微镜观察法考察合成鱼腥草素对巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响；第四，采用溶血法测定合成鱼腥草素对巨噬细胞产生的补体C4水平的影响；第五，采用酵母花环法检测合成鱼腥草素对巨噬细胞表面C3b受体水平的影响；第六，采用流式细胞术法观察合成鱼腥草素对巨噬细胞呼吸爆发的影响；第七，采用ELISA法探讨合成鱼腥草素对巨噬细胞产生IL-1α及IL-1β水平的影响。

Specifically, itcontains 8 chapters.In chapter 1, the formation, structures, properties and the futureprospect of liposome were thoroughly reviewed;In chapter 2, the stibility and permeability of phopholipid -eleostericacid liposome were studied together with the effect of polymerizationof eleostearic acid. This membrane system was very sensitive to 〓,the effect of 〓 was clarified to increase the aggregation/fusion ofliposomes and made the permeability of mixed liposomes much higher;In chapter 3, two polymerizable conjugated diyne bolaamphiphiles were synthesized. They could form very stable mixed liposome, andthe diyne could be polymerized by UV light in bilayer liposomes, as aresult, the stability of mixed liposome against solvent or surfactantafter polymerization were enhanced. In chapter 4, two kinds of amphiphilic amino acids were synthesized andstable liposomes were formed therefrom After the condensationpolymerization of amino acid in bilayer liposomes, stable polypeptide liposomes were obtained, which had lower phase transition temperatureand higher permeability.In chapter 5, four kinds of glycolipids were synthesized and theiraggregation behavior in water was comparied. When incorporated intophospholipid bilayer membranes, they could increase the phase transitiontemperatures and inhibit the aggregation and fusion of mixedliposomesat lower temperature.In chapter 6 and 7, three kinds of steroidal bolaamphiphiles withdifferent chain lengths were synthesized. Incorporation of steroidalmoiety to the center of lipid bilayer membrane obviously increased themobility of lipid membrane and shifted Tc to lower temperature side incomparasion with cholesterol. The bolaamphiphile which was shorter thanthe hosted lipid bilayer membrane thickness influenced the lipid packingmore obviously.

全文共分8章：第一章对脂质体的形成、结构、性质及展望进行了较为详细的文献综述；第二章研究了磷脂-桐酸脂质体的稳定性，通透能力及桐酸的聚合对这些性质的影响；磷脂-桐酸混合脂质体为一类对〓灵敏的脂质体，〓的作用首先是使脂质体集聚然后使脂质体融合，并加速内包荧光物的释放；第三章通过合成两种可聚合共轭双炔双极性双亲分子DDCA，DDOL，研究了共双炔分子在双分子层脂质体膜上的聚合及对脂质体性质的影响，聚合可以提高脂质体相对于溶剂及表面活性剂的稳定性；第四章合成了两类氨基酸为极性基团的双亲分子，它们均可以在超声下形成稳定的脂质体结构；氨基酸基团可以在脂质体上进行缩聚反应，若聚合后脂质体表面仍有足够的亲水能力，则可得到稳定的多肽型脂质体；聚合后脂质体的相变温度降低，通透能力增加；第五章合成了四种亲水基团为单糖基的双亲分子GL-l，GL-2，GL-3， GL-4，研究了它们在水中的分散情况、集合体形态与分子结构的关系；在DMPC双分子层膜中加入糖脂分子可以使脂质体的相变温度提高，阻止脂质体在低温放置时的集聚与融合；第六章-第七章合成了三种不同碳链长度的双极性含胆甾环双亲分子 CL-1，CL-2，CL-3；它们可以象胆固醇一样与磷脂混合形成稳定脂质体，胆甾环基团位于脂质体双分子层膜的中间；与胆固醇的作用相反，它们可以增加磷脂双分子层膜的流动性，降低混合脂质体的相变温度；三种分子的作用与其碳链长度和磷脂双分子层膜的厚度有关，比膜厚度短的分子影响最大。

The introducing arrangement for this chapter is: Firstly, analyzing the amount of fixed asset investment at the whole society and rural areas(including the collections and the personals);analyzing the amount of fixed asset investment at the eastern, middle and the western provinces by second; after that, doing the up-date of farmer's investment and the rustically personal fixed asset investment at the eastern, middle and the western provinces; fourthly, making the analyses on the Agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishing, labor forces, amounts of chemical fertilizer-spraying and the actuality of watering irrigation; fifthly, analyses on the actuality of agriculturally basic construction investment in this chapter; sixthly, nationally financial investment; taking the up-date of nationally financial investment , especially the ones being used to support the farmers with the following;and finally, the up-date of other investment owner being analyzed.

首先，分析了全社会、农村固定资产投资额。其次，分析了东中西部省区农村集体固定资产投资。第三，分析了农户投资的现状及东中西部农村个人固定资产投资。第四，对农林牧渔、劳动力、化肥施用量和水利灌溉现状进行了分析。第五，对农业基本建设投资的现状进行了分析。第六，对国家财政投资，尤其是财政支农投资现状进行了分析。第七，对其它投资主体的现状进行了分析。

In this part,chpater 2 is about how to overcome the problem of uncomplete information.

在这部分中，第二章研究信息不足的制度克服；第三章研究信息不对称的制度克服；第四章研究信息错误的制度克服；第五章主要研究制度如何降低信息成本，该内容有相当部分散见于第二、三、四章之中，之所以还要对其单列一章作专门的论述，是因为信息成本的降低是信息失灵问题是否得到克服的最为重要的指标，信息成本的充分降低表明决策主体的信息充分、准确且对称分布性，这有助于减少决策主体的支出，增加其决策利益，因此需要对信息成本降低的障碍及路径等问题展开研究；第六章研究公权信息的公开问题，该章主要对公权信息的强制性披露问题进行研究，它本质上是一种克服信息不对称的制度，所以把它列入第三章第一节第一部分有关强制性信息披露制度之中也并无不可，但由于公权信息的公开涉及到公权层面，与有关对私权主体的强制性信息披露制度相比具有较多的特殊性，所以，本文对其专列一章予以阐述。
