To the writer point of view, legal science is an opening subject where no stable answer could be given to lots of problems. And also because of my limited knowledge, instead of completely reconstruct after overthrow, I just laid out some suggestions, that is, we should transform our research method from practical to philosophical, from simply study within Jurisprudence area to trans-subject study, from remedy methodology to reconstruction methodology, from single visual to mulplism visual, from class research method to revolutional research method.

因为笔者认为法理学本身是个开放性的学科，很多问题并没有固定的结论，又因为笔者的才疏学浅，所以笔者并没有能力在&颠覆&之后重新&建构&，而只能就前文的分析和论证提出几点建议：第一，从实证法理学研究向哲理法理学研究的转变；第二，单一学科研究向跨学科研究的转变；第三，修补式的方法论向重构式的方法论转变；第四，一元的研究视角向多元的研究视角转变；第五，阶级性的研究范式向革命性的研究范式的转变。

第一部分是绪论，阐明了本文的研究意义、目的、方法以及国内外的相关研究进展情况等；第二部分是研究基础，详细阐述了研究融通仓和第三方物流的相关理论，分别是物流理论、融通仓理论和第三方物流公司主导的供应链模式理论；第三部分介绍了第三方物流服务创新中质押贷款及其瓶颈，以及融通仓业务的运作模式；第四部分，分析了我国中小企业开展融通仓业务的制约因素，并提出了相关建议；第五部分，针对中储股份南京分公司开展质押监管的情况，分析了在第三方物流服务创新中，构建基于融通仓业务的供应链模式的可行性。

Chapter One presents the western yearning and the imagination of China, the motivation of Portuguese navigation as well as the formation of the Portuguese social psychology; these were the elements that construct the differences in the shaping of the Chinese image. Chapter Two outlines the images of China for the Portuguese in the 16th century and how these images were used or manipulated. Chapter Three identifies the reasons for Fernao Mendes Pintos excessive praise for China. Chapter Four discusses the attitude held towards China by poets and missionaries, and the European misinterpretations of the Chinese image. Chapter Five reviews the Chinese image portrayed by Eca de Queiroz, a Portuguese novelist, and the translations of Chinese poems by certain poets. Chapter Six investigates how poets, especially those who had once stayed in Macao, viewed and perceived China.

Section 1 discusses the advantages of medical film printer and USB, and put forward one elementary design scheme of the system. The principle of laser printer and the holistic design scheme of system are presented detailedly in Section 2, while Section 3 expounds the technology of USB. Section 4 discusses design scheme of transfer system of the laser printer - includes the development of USB device and CPLD. The test of holistic laser printer and effect picture of medical image are presented in Section5. In the end, a review of this system and some bugs are put forwards at present.
