Article 57 Where the valuation or the receipt or payment of usage fees in respect of such business dealings as the transfer of property or the granting of rights to the use of property between an enterprise and an associated enterprise is not based on business dealings between independent enterprises, adjustments may be made thereto by the local tax authorities with reference to amounts that would be agreed to by unassociated and unrelated parties.

第五十七条企业与关联企业之间转让财产、提供财产使用权等业务往来，不按独立企业之间业务往来作价或者收取、支付使用费的，当地税务机关可以参照没有关联关系所能同意的数额进行调整。

In the case in which the alienation of property or the provision of property rights between an enterprise and its associated enterprise is not priced, charged or paid according to the rates for business dealings between unassociated enterpris , the tax authorities may make adjustments with reference to the amount that may be agreeable between unassociated parties.

Article 57 The forms of the original and duplicate of the business license and the forms and the tables of important official documents concerning company registration are formulated unitarily by the State Administration Bureau for Industry and Commerce.

Article 57 The State oceanic administrative department shall, in the light of the principle of being scientific, rational, economic and safe, select and delimit the sea dumping sites which shall be submitted to the administrative department in charge of environment protection under the State Council for deliberation and commenting, and then submitted to the State Council for approval.

第五十七条国家海洋行政主管部门按照科学、合理、经济、安全的原则选划海洋倾倒区，经国务院环境保护行政主管部门提出审核意见后，报国务院批准。

Article 57 Where anyone evades, delays or suppresses the investigation and disposition of a complaint, charge or tip-off regarding an infringement upon the rights and interests of a woman, or avenges the person who initiates the complaint or charge or offers the tip-off, the entity he works for, the administrative department or the superior organ shall order him to make corrections and shall give an administrative sanction to the directly liable person-in-charge and other directly liable persons.

第五十七条违反本法规定，对侵害妇女权益的申诉、控告、检举，推诿、拖延、压制不予查处，或者对提出申诉、控告、检举的人进行打击报复的，由其所在单位、主管部门或者上级机关责令改正，并依法对直接负责的主管人员和其他直接责任人员给予行政处分。

Article 56 Where any enterprise, in violation of this Law, commits any of the following

Article 51 If any State employee, by taking advantage of his or her power and position, shelters or connives at the production or the sale of the products listed in Article 20 of these Regulations, the employee shall be given administrative punishments by the unit where he or she works or by the superior authority.
