本文将主要从以下几部分进行阐述：第一部分：关于费用概念的变化；第二部分：关于职工薪酬个别项目的处理变化；第三部分：关于生产车间固定资产修理费的处理变化；第四部分：关于无形资产确认与计量对成本、费用的影响变化；第五部分：关于借款费用确认与计量对成本、费用的影响变化；第六部分：关于企业所得税确认与计量对所得税费用的影响变化。

The Main Body Part comprises 6 chapters: Chapter 1 summarizes the teaching appraisal, analyzes the limitations and point out the development direction. Chapter 2 designs appraisal methods and implement approach for schoolchild. Chapter 3, 4 and 5 discuss respectively the function of teacher student and appraiser. In Chapter 6 principles in appraisal was recommended.

正文共六章，第一章对音乐教学评价进行了概述，分析了国内外教学评价的现状及问题并指出发展趋势；第二章提出了适合小学科学评价的方法及实施途径；第三、第四、第五章分别论述了教师、学生、课程管理者在评价体系中的地位及作用；第六章主要阐述评价者实施教学评价时所应把握的原则。

The thesis consists of six chapters. In the first, the technologies of atomic force microscopy and of the measurement elasticity of biomolecules were introduced. In the second, the validity of VSPFM was confirmed by lift mode atomic force microscopy. In this chapter, the height of DNA was measured by lift mode atomic force microscopy, which demonstrated that the method of height measurement of biomolecules by VSPFM was correct and established the foundation of the method of measurement elasticity of biomolecules by vibrating mode scanning polarization force microscopy. In the third chapter, detailed work has been illustrated on the foundation of the method of measurement elasticity of biomolecules by VSPFM. And the compressive elasticity of DNA was measured. In fourth and fifth chapters, the method was applied in the measurement elasticity of proteins. Two proteins elasticity, fibre-like protein α-synuclein and global protein IgG, were measured by VSPFM, through which the method wound its way to the application of biomolecules. In last chapter, the final part of the thesis was a summary. A conclusion of the thesis and a self-comment on my work as a PhD candidate have been made, and expectation about the further works has been addressed.

本论文共分为六章，第一章，引言部分主要介绍了原子力显微镜技术及生物大分子弹性测量技术；第二章主要是VSPFM方法的正确性论证，介绍抬高模式原理，利用抬高模式原子力显微镜对DNA的高度进行测量，论证振动模式扫描极化力显微镜测量生物大分子的高度的正确性以及准确性，从而为振动模式扫描极化力显微镜测量生物大分子的弹性方法的建立奠定基础；第三章以脱氧核糖核酸为例详细介绍了振动模式极化力显微镜测量生物大分子弹性的方法的建立，对DNA的压弹性进行了初步的测量和分析；第四章和第五章介绍了振动模式扫描极化力显微镜在蛋白质弹性测量中的应用：α-synuclein和IgG分别是纤维状蛋白和球状颗粒蛋白，通过振动模式扫描极化力显微镜测量这两种蛋白质的弹性，摸索振动模式扫描极化力显微镜在蛋白质弹性测量中的应用；第六章对全文进行了总结，在对论文的工作进行归纳和自我评价之后，还对进一步的工作进行了展望。

The first part states in a comprehensive way the research on Zhou Zuoren so as to define the purpose, methodology and significance of the dissertation. The second part analyzes the experience of Zhou's self-culture creation from a personal angle-Yue culture in Zhejiang gave Zhou a perceptual knowledge of folklore, while the idea of world folklore gave him a rational cognition of folk' culture. The combination forms a dual folklore. The third part observes Zhou Zuoren's examination of literarure from folklore's perspective as well as its pioneering significance. The fourth part explores in a further way Zhou's perspective of folk culture, and analyzes the method he has established to conduct literary criticism from the angle of folklore as well as his research on Chinese Culture. The fifth part analyzes the impacts folklore theory and folk culture have on the formation of Zhou' literary ideas, focusing more his folklore interpretation and humanism perspective about the origin and hist ory of literature, also his literary aesthetic standards about "ordinary humanism" and "loving amusement" from the position of folklore. The sixth part expounds Zhou's achievement in combining literature and folklore and explores the consistency of their focus on human, thereby presenting a complete picture of Zhou's literature. The last part generalizes the revelation drawing from the research done in this dissertation.

本文分为六章：第一章综述周作人研究的历史与现状，从而确定本文的研究目的、方法及意义；第二章从社会、时代背景、区域文化传统和个人文化选择的角度，阐释周作人选取民俗学视角观照文学的原因，侧重分析周作人自我文化建构的心路历程——浙江越文化传统的浸润给周作人以民俗学的感性认识，而世界民俗学的理念赋予他注重民间文化的理性精神；第三章考察周作人的民俗学研究及先锋意义；第四章进一步探讨周作人的民俗文化观，分析他确立的从民俗文化角度进行文学批评的方法，兼及他从民俗学视角进行的中国文化研究；第五章分析民俗学理论及民俗文化观在周作人文学思想生成中的影响，着重论述周作人关于文学起源和文学发展史的民俗学阐释、文学的民俗人性观，以及从民间立场出发所具有的"平凡的人道"、"有情的滑稽"等文学审美原则；第六章从创作实践方面，探讨周作人文学作品的民俗文化意蕴，进一步论述周作人将文学与民俗结合在一起的实绩，并揭示二者以"人"为核心的内在精神的一致性，从而呈现出周作人较为完整的文学风貌；最后是余论，指出这一研究的启示。

The main representations for agriculture industrialization to improve our agriculture economy are: first, to solve the contradiction between the small production of our agriculture and big international market; second, to heighten the comparative efficiency of agriculture by specialization of production; third, to promote the process of urbanization by widening the traditional industrial chain. Fourth, to solve the contradiction between specializationproduction and social serves by making foreign trade systems of agriculture goods sound. fifth, to raise diathesis of farmers by spreading agriculture techniques; sixth, to promote standardization and internalization of agriculture by making the standardization system.

农业产业化经营促进我国农业经济发展的主要表现是：第一，解决了我国农业小生产和国际大市场之间的矛盾；第二，实现了专业化生产，提高了农业的比较效益；第三，拓展了传统的产业链，促进了农村城镇化进程；第四，健全了农产品外贸流通体制，解决了专业化生产和社会化服务之间的矛盾；第五，促进了农业科技的推广，提高了农民的素质；第六，健全了农业标准体系的建设，促使农业走向规范化、标准化、国际化。

Data for the study were collected by field survey and collection of second-hand material.The main conclusions of the study include: 1 the transfer of collective forest land and stumpage will determine to what extent the aims of the current institutional reform will be achieved; 2 at present the transfer is highly affected by the transfer institution, while the requirement of transaction in the market is not suited to farmers; 3 farmers earn money from the transfer, while they do not benefit reasonably from the transfer; 4 farmers'economic activities are not completely rational, and their economic behaviors are affected by cognitive degree on the institution, non-agricultural production activities, investment in forestry, and family status; 5 there are large variations among those who take over different forest lands and stumpages, however they all try to maximize their owns profits; and 6 policy regulation plays negative influence on the development of transaction market.

本研究结论如下：第一，集体林地林木流转的开展情况对于集体林权制度改革目标实现的影响重大；第二，集体林地林木流转现状反映了现行流转制度安排；第三，农户通过流转得以增收，但流转收益并不完全具有合理性；第四，农户转出林地林木行为受制度认知程度、非农生产活动、林业生产投入和家庭状况等多层面因素影响；第五，受制度约束影响，受让方流转行呈现差异性；第六，政策规制的存在，影响了流转市场发育。

The second part mostly analyzes the legal status of high school and the suability of higher education administrative power. During this part, the writer proposes that we should take the experiences of the France and Germany and give high school the status of artificial people of state officer. The third part introduces during which situation judicial power can interfere with higher education administrative power. Then this part sums up four aspects of high school educational administrative power which can be in the scope of judicial review of administrative actions. 在这一部分，笔者在借鉴法国和德国高校法律地位的基础上提出了赋予我国高校"公务法人"地位的观点，并进行了论证；第三部分首先研究了确定高等教育行政诉讼受案范围应考虑的因素，然后归纳了高校教育行政权的四个方面作为高等教育行政诉讼的受案范围；第四部分主要研究了高等教育行政案件的审理原则，提出了将行政法基本原则引入高等教育行政诉讼的主张，并在理论上进行了详细的论证；第五部分论证了高校、教育行政机关的被告地位和高校学生、高考考生的原告地位；第六部分主要从特征和分配两个角度分析了高等教育行政诉讼的举证责任。

Chapter One of this dissertation deals with the UG theory, the logical problems of language acquisition and three hypotheses concerning the role of UG in L2 acquisition; Chapter Two interprets English and Chinese wh-questions, wh-movement as well as the principles of Subjacency and the ECP; Chapter Three reviews the main studies on wh-movement constraint in L2 acquisition in the past two decades; Chapter Four concerns the research methodology adopted in this study; Chapter Five involves collection, analysis and discussion of the data obtained in the GJ Task; Chapter Six is the conclusions.

At first part of this paper author introduces the development of grid and Globus Project. The development and architecture about CDG are introduced at the second part. At the third part, LDAP and MDS-2 of Globus Toolkit2.4 are introduced in detail. How CDG information service and scheduler are implemented is explained at the fourth part of this paper. At fifth part, some testing data chart and viewdata graphics are showed with some conclusion. The sixth part, the last part of the paper, is the review of authors work and the prospect of future work.
