The first part is literature review of relevant Customer Value Theory. In the following part, research questionnaires about customer value in health and fitness entertaining and straight rebuy tendency are designed concerning to existing survey methods and combined with the status quo and features of health and fitness entertaining enterprises. The third part is surveys and analysis about the status quo of custom value in bodybuilding clubs in Nanjing. Six common factors, named as "sentimental value","consumption cost","product value","service value","expected value", and "function value", are concluded as the elements of customer value in health and fitness entertaining after factor analysis and are discussed in the fourth part. In the fifth part, influences of the various elements of customer value on customers' straight rebuy are obtained by Logistic regression analysis. The sixth part is about the relationship between customer individual attribute and customer straight rebuy reached through partial correlation analysis.

首先，梳理了顾客价值理论和体育健身俱乐部相关研究的文献；其次，以顾客价值已有的探测方法，结合商业性健身俱乐部的现状及特点，设计出商业性健身俱乐部顾客感知价值及重购意向的调查问卷；第三，对南京市健身俱乐部顾客价值现状进行了调查和分析；第四，通过因子分析得出商业性健身俱乐部顾客价值构成要素结构，共有六个公共因子，命名为&情感价值&、&消费成本&、&产品价值&、&服务价值&、&期望价值&、&功能价值&；第五，通过Logistic回归分析，得出健身俱乐部顾客价值构成要素对顾客重购行为的影响；第六，通过偏相关分析得出健身俱乐部顾客个体属性与顾客重购行为的关系。

The main contents are: the methods of concluding administrative contract; the principle that concluding administrative contract shall obey, such as principle of participation, principle of legality, principle of equality and freedom, principle of efficiency, principle of good faith and principle of equivalent procedure burden; basic systems of administrative contract's conclusion, such as system of hearings, system of sequence, system of notification, system of publicity, system of functional separation, system of recusation, and system of prescription; procedural rights and obligations of both parties.

主要内容包括：第一，行政契约的缔结所应遵循的原则，主要从一般和特殊两个角度探讨了以下几个主要原则：参与原则，合法原则，平等自由原则，效率原则，诚实信用原则，适于行政需要原则和程序负担均衡原则；第二，怎样缔结行政契约，其方式如何；第三，行政契约缔结的步骤；第四，行政契约缔结的基本制度，主要包括：顺序制度，告知制度，信息公开制度，职能分离制度，回避制度和时效制度；第五，缔约双方的程序性权利义务各有哪些。

To the writer point of view, legal science is an opening subject where no stable answer could be given to lots of problems. And also because of my limited knowledge, instead of completely reconstruct after overthrow, I just laid out some suggestions, that is, we should transform our research method from practical to philosophical, from simply study within Jurisprudence area to trans-subject study, from remedy methodology to reconstruction methodology, from single visual to mulplism visual, from class research method to revolutional research method.

因为笔者认为法理学本身是个开放性的学科，很多问题并没有固定的结论，又因为笔者的才疏学浅，所以笔者并没有能力在&颠覆&之后重新&建构&，而只能就前文的分析和论证提出几点建议：第一，从实证法理学研究向哲理法理学研究的转变；第二，单一学科研究向跨学科研究的转变；第三，修补式的方法论向重构式的方法论转变；第四，一元的研究视角向多元的研究视角转变；第五，阶级性的研究范式向革命性的研究范式的转变。

The introducing arrangement for this chapter is: Firstly, analyzing the amount of fixed asset investment at the whole society and rural areas(including the collections and the personals);analyzing the amount of fixed asset investment at the eastern, middle and the western provinces by second; after that, doing the up-date of farmer's investment and the rustically personal fixed asset investment at the eastern, middle and the western provinces; fourthly, making the analyses on the Agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishing, labor forces, amounts of chemical fertilizer-spraying and the actuality of watering irrigation; fifthly, analyses on the actuality of agriculturally basic construction investment in this chapter; sixthly, nationally financial investment; taking the up-date of nationally financial investment , especially the ones being used to support the farmers with the following;and finally, the up-date of other investment owner being analyzed.

NodD binds to and bends target promoters through anchoring two tandem and individual specific DNA sites. NodD functions as a tetramer, which has a V-shaped main body. Tetrameric NodD is to change its own conformation rather than its oligomeric forms in response to small signal molecules. The specific interaction between each NodD DNA-binding domain and each specific DNA site does not alter itself in spite of naringenin induction, and the induced conformational change is transferred from protein to DNA. Only the DNA conformation incited by induced NodD is competent for RNA polymerase to form the transcriptional open complex. It cannot be excluded that NodD may have protein-to-protein contacts with RNA polymerase, and that the NodD conformational change may also directly contribute to the transcriptional open complex formation.
