In the first section, the effect of sodium houttuyfonate on the level of lysozyme secreted by macrophages was first tested by bacteriolytic method; then the effect of sodium houttuyfonate on the level of tartaric acid resistant acid phosphatase produced in macrophages was investigated by analyzing the phenol generated in the reaction that was catalyzed by the enzyme; the third, the effect of sodium houttuyfonate on the phagocytic activity of macrophages was observed by microscopy; the forth, the effect of sodium houttuyfonate on the production of complement C4 from macrophages was tested by hemolytic method; the fifth, the effect of sodium houttuyfonate on the expression of C3b receptors on the surface of macrophages was analyzed by observing the formation percentage of zymosan wreath; the sixth, the effect of sodium houttuyfonate on the respiratory burst in macrophages was tested by flow cytometry; the seventh, the effect of sodium houttuyfonate on the production of IL-1α and IL-1β from macrophages was tested by ELISA method.

在这一章中，首先，采用溶菌法考察合成鱼腥草素对巨噬细胞分泌溶菌酶水平的影响；其次，采用游离酚法研究合成鱼腥草素对巨噬细胞产生的耐酒石酸酸性磷酸酶水平的影响；第三，采用显微镜观察法考察合成鱼腥草素对巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响；第四，采用溶血法测定合成鱼腥草素对巨噬细胞产生的补体C4水平的影响；第五，采用酵母花环法检测合成鱼腥草素对巨噬细胞表面C3b受体水平的影响；第六，采用流式细胞术法观察合成鱼腥草素对巨噬细胞呼吸爆发的影响；第七，采用ELISA法探讨合成鱼腥草素对巨噬细胞产生IL-1α及IL-1β水平的影响。

Some methods aiming at the two problems have been researched. First, the optimal number of ATE site can be calculated based on a cost model of DAT-ATE. Second, the problem of test schedule which is equitant with two-dimensional Bin-Packing problem is presented. Then a TCG denotation satisfied with T-admissible rule is more convenient for combinational optimization. With Simulated annealing algorithm, better test scheduling results can be achieved; but there is no great optimization space because the efficiency of scheduling is greater than 90%. Third, A novel test compression method——Multi-capture testing is proposed to compress the stimuli. And the ATPG results show that MC achieves high compression ratio which is greater than 90% in some large-scale circuits. MISR, widely used in LBIST, is employed to compress the responses. The aliasing analysis demonstrates that the fault coverage reduction is little due to the existence of aliasing. Fourth, an improved TIC (called S-TIC) aiming at structured test is proposed based on ARM's TIC. A MC scheduling algorithm is proposed to compute the SoC test time and combine MC vectors to SoC test vectors. The scheduling results shows that test time is greatly reduced when using the proper scheduling priority.

首先，给出了低成本ATE的成本模型，根据此模型得到最低测试成本时系统级测试调度的基本参数——测试Site数；其次，本文将DAT-Scan方式的SoC测试调度等价为两维BP问题，为有效地求解该问题，将该BP问题表示为TCG图并通过模拟退火算法解决其求解过于复杂的问题，调度的结果表明该方法在测试时间上有一定改善，并指出DAT-Scan测试调度效率已经大于90％，进一步优化的空间较小；第三，本文尝试通过测试压缩来解决激励所需的测试带宽，提出了Multi-capture结构并解决了MC测试过程中的&矢量&退化问题，MC测试的ATPG结果表明其测试压缩率很高（大电路接近90％）；第四，在激励获得很高压缩比的情况下，测试响应也需压缩，本文采用LBIST中常用的MISR作为MC测试的响应压缩电路，理论分析和实验结果都证明了MC测试的别名对故障覆盖率影响较小（小于2％），并对两类别名的成因做了具体分析；第五，在MC测试及其响应压缩的基础上，本文改进了ARM公司的测试控制器TIC使之适合于MC测试，为了解决MC测试矢量合成问题，本文抽取了MC测试模型，通过固定优先级的MC测试调度模拟将MC矢量合成为ATE矢量，并模拟出了总的MC测试时间。

Chapter seven tries to analyze and reflect the current courses in national school education and its disadvantages of isolating from its native culture and living practice from the position that the realization of its educational function relies on the widely identification of national school education. It proposes that the essence of national education is "the education of national culture", the aquisition of native knowledge is obtained on the basis of practical mode of acquisition, hence the author tries to provide some constructive suggestions that school education in minority areas should return to native knowledge and culture, and the construction of the interactive relationship between schools and communities should be established.

第五、六、七章阐述了那达慕如何实现教育功能，其中第五章阐述了实现那达慕教育功能的内在基础和现实条件，即那达慕与学校教育、家庭教育、社会教育都具有不可分割的关系和互动基础；第六章从那达慕教育功能的实现有赖于那达慕的有效传承的立论出发，分析了那达慕传承现状及其问题，并提出了重构那达慕传承模式的构想；第七章从那达慕教育功能的实现还有赖于民族学校教育的广泛认同的立论出发，分析和反思目前民族学校课程知识及教育方式脱离本土和生活实际的弊端，提出民族教育的实质是&民族文化的教育&，本土知识的获得需用实践建构的认知方式，从而对民族学校回归本土知识与文化，建构学校与社区之间经常性文化互动关系提出了笔者的建议。

Chapter 5 and 6 are concentrated on the fundamental problem how to con-struct finite-dimensional and infinite-dimensional Liouville integrable Hamiltonsystem.Starting from two isospectral problems,Tu's scheme is applied to gen-erate the corresponding CKdV hierarohy and coupled Burgers hievachy,andthey are shown to be Liouville integrable Hamilton systems.Two spectral prob-lems,which contain three and four potentials respectively,are also studied byTu's scheme.Two new Liouville integrable Hamilton hierarchy are estab-lished.A new general approach using Lenard's gradient sequence is presentedto obtain Lax integrable hierarchy and their zero curvature representation,andsome examples are given.The nonlinearization procedure is applied to theeigenvalue problem of coupled Burgerrs hierarchy.It is shown that underBargmann constraint,the spatial part of the Lax pairs is nonlimearized to be afinite-dimensional Liouville completeiy integrable Hamilton system.

第五、六章研究如何从一个谱问题出发构造可积发展方程族及其零曲率表示、Hamilton结构和判断Liouville可积性：通过对二类具有2个位势的等谱问题直接研究，利用屠格式生成了耦合KdV族和耦合Burgers族，并证明它们均为Liouville可积的广义Hamilton方程族；而通过分别具有3个和4个位势的等谱问题，遵循屠格式构造了二族新的Liouville可积的广义Hamilton方程族；给出了利用Lenard梯度递推序列产生发展方程族及其零曲率表示的一种方法，作为应用，讨论了CKdV族，BPT族及耦合Burgers族的产生及其零曲率表示；应用非线性化技巧，证明了在Bargmann约束下，耦合Burgers族的Lax组可被线性化为Liou-ville完全可积的Hamilton系统。
