Article 28 Where the property rights of a citizen, legal person or other organization are infringed upon and damage is caused, it shall be dealt with according to the following provisions:(1) in case of imposition of a fine or penalty, recovery or confiscation of property, or expropriation of property and article, or appointment of expenses in violation of the provisions of the state, the property shall be returned;(2) in case of sealing up, distraint and freezing of property and causing damage or destruction to the property, compensation shall be paid according to the provisions of (3) and (4) of this Article;(3) in case of damage to the property which should be returned, the original state shall be restored if it can be done.

第二十八条侵犯公民，法人和其他组织的财产权造成损害的，按照下列规定处理：处罚款，罚金，追缴，没收财产或者违反国家规定征收财物，摊派费用的，返还财产；查封，扣押，冻结财产的，解除对财产的查封，扣押，冻结，造成财产损坏或者灭失的，依照本条第项的规定赔偿；，应当返还的财产损坏的，能够恢复原状的恢复原状，不能恢复原状的，按照损害程度给付相应的赔偿金；应当返还的财产灭失的，给付相应的赔偿金；财产已经拍卖的，给付拍卖所得的价款；吊销许可证和执照，责令停产停业的，赔偿停产停业期间必要的经常性费用开支；对财产权造成其他损害的，按照直接损失给予赔偿。

The applicant requesting for the right of priority in accordance with the preceding paragraph shall file a written declaration when filing the application for trademark registration, and shall submit the name of the exhibition in which its commodities are displayed, the evidence proving that the said trademark is used on the displayed commodities, the date of exhibition and other certification documents; those failing to file the written declaration or those failing to submit the certification documents within the prescribed time limit shall be regarded as having not requested for the right of priority.

第二十五条商标在中国政府主办的或者承认的国际展览会展出的商品上首次使用的，自该商品展出之日起六个月内，该商标的注册申请人可以享有优先权。依照前款要求优先权的，应当在提出商标注册申请的时候提出书面声明，并且在三个月内提交展出其商品的展览会名称、在展出商品上使用该商标的证据、展出日期等证明文件；未提出书面声明或者逾期未提交证明文件的，视为未要求优先权。

Somewhat incongruously, MidAmerican owns the second largest real estate brokerage firm in the U.S. And it's a gem. The parent company's name is HomeServices of America, but our 19,200 agents operate through 18 locally-branded firms. Aided by three small acquisitions, we participated in $64 billion of transactions last year, up 6.5% from 2004. Currently, the white-hot market in residential real estate of recent years is cooling down, and that should lead to additional acquisition possibilities for us. Both we and Ron Peltier, the company's CEO, expect HomeServices to be far larger a decade from now.

VII. And whereas also by authority of parliament, in the five-and-twentieth year of the reign of King Edward III, it is declared and enacted, that no man shall be forejudged of life or limb against the form of the Great Charter and the law of the land; and by the said Great Charter and other the laws and statutes of this your realm, no man ought to be adjudged to death but by the laws established in this your realm, either by the customs of the same realm, or by acts of parliament;and whereas no offender of what kind soever is exempted from the proceedings to be used, and punishments to be inflicted by the laws and statutes of this your realm; nevertheless of late time divers commissions under your Majesty's great seal have issued forth, by which certain persons have been assigned and appointed commissioners with power and authority to proceed within the land, according to the justice of martial law, against such soldiers or mariners, or other dissolute persons joining with them, as should commit any murder, robbery, felony, mutiny, or other outrage or misdemeanor whatsoever, and by such summary course and order as is agreeable to martial law, and is used in armies in time of war, to proceed to the trial and condemnation of such offenders, and them to cause to be executed and put to death according to the law martial.

Article 25 Where a judicial authentication institution encounters any especially complex, difficult or special technical problem in the process of authentication, the judicial authentication institution may consult experts in a relevant specialized field who are not employed by this institution, but the final authentication opinions shall be issued by the judicial authenticators of this institution.

第二十五条司法鉴定机构在进行鉴定的过程中，遇有特别复杂、疑难、特殊技术问题的，可以向本机构以外的相关专业领域的专家进行咨询，但最终的鉴定意见应当由本机构的司法鉴定人出具。
