第二十二条医疗单位设置核医学科、室，必须配备与其医疗任务相适应的并经核医学技术培训的技术人员。

Article 21 Whoever, without the approval of the Ministry of Culture and the MOFTEC, unauthorizedly establishes a Chinese-foreign cooperative audio-visual product distribution enterprise or uses foreign funds by other means to engage in the business of distributing audio-visual products, shall be punished by the relevant department of the State in accordance with the law, and the liability of the relevant liable person shall be investigated.

第二十一条未经文化部和外经贸部批准，擅自设立中外合作音像制品分销企业或以其他方式利用外资从事音像制品分销业务的，由国家有关部门依法予以处罚，并追究有关责任人的责任。

Article 25 Any teaching staff member who abets, menaces or allures minors to commit bad acts or who has any improper conduct, evil effects and is unfit to work in the school shall be dismissed or fired by the educational administrative department or the school, and shall be subject to criminal liabilities if a crime is constituted.

第二十五条对于教唆、胁迫、引诱未成年人实施不良行为或者品行不良，影响恶劣，不适宜在学校工作的教职员工，教育行政部门、学校应当予以解聘或者辞退；构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。

Article 29 Schools of secondary education or above and other educational institutions shall strengthen anti-dope education to improve the students' anti-dope understanding, and take measures to prevent the use of dopes in sports activities of the schools.

第二十九条实施中等及中等以上教育的学校和其他教育机构应当加强反兴奋剂教育，提高学生的反兴奋剂意识，并采取措施防止在学校体育活动中使用兴奋剂；发现学生使用兴奋剂，应当予以制止。

Article 29 Whoever misappropriates, seizes or embezzles donated money or property shall be ordered to return the said money or property and be fined by the relevant department under the people's government at or above the county level.

第二十九条挪用、侵占或者贪污捐赠款物的，由县级以上人民政府有关部门责令退还所用、所得款物，并处以罚款；对直接责任人员，由所在单位依照有关规定予以处理；构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。

Article 27 Member of the People's Bank of China, the public security organ or the administrative organ for industry and commerce who neglects his duty of office, abuses his power or commits illegalities for personal interests or by fraudulent means shall be investigated for criminal liabilities according to law if a crime is constituted; or be given administrative sanctions according to law if a crime is not constituted

第二十七条中国人民银行、公安机关和工商行政管理机关工作人员玩忽职守、滥用职权、徇私舞弊，构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任；尚不构成犯罪的，依法给予行政处分

Article 21 Any staff of stockbreeding and veterinary administrative department neglecting his duty, abusing authority or committing illegalities for personal gains in the process of examination and approval for import, export and foreign cooperative research utilization of livestock or poultry genetic resource shall be given sanctions by law; if a crime is constituted, criminal liabilities shall be investigated under the law.

第二十一条畜牧兽医行政主管部门工作人员在畜禽遗传资源引进、输出和对外合作研究利用审批过程中玩忽职守、滥用职权、徇私舞弊的，依法给予处分；构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。
