The reasons for the request for invalidation mentioned in the preceding paragraph refers to when the invention-creation on which the patent right is granted is not inconformity with Article 22, Article 23, Paragraph 3 and Paragraph 4 of Article 26

第三十条除本条例第二十一条及第二十二条规定的情况外，有下列侵权行为的，应当根据情况，承担停止侵害、消除影响、公开赔礼道歉、赔偿损失等民事责任，并可以由国家软件著作权行政管理部门给予没收非法所得、罚款等行政处罚

Article 21 A maritime lien is the right of the claimant, subject to the provisions of Article 22 of this Code, to take priority in compensation against shipowners, bareboat charterers or ship operators with respect to the ship which gave rise to the said claim.

第二十一条船舶优先权，是指海事请求人依照本法第二十二条的规定，向船舶所有人、光船承租人、船舶经营人提出海事请求，对产生该海事请求的船具有优先受偿的权利。

Article 22 shall be renumbered as Article 21 and amended as:"The personnel needed in oil exploitation operations may be agreed upon in the oil contract, and the operators may give preference to Chinese citizens in employment."

十、将第二十二条改为第二十一条，修改为：石油合同可以约定石油作业所需的人员，作业者可以优先录用中国公民。

The split between the two groups can hardly be papered over.
