If machines, equipment (including machinery and equipment for use in contracted projects in the bonded area), means of transport, office supplies and daily necessities shipped into the bonded area from non- bonded areas for use in the bonded area are reshipped back into the non-bonded areas, the consignor or its agent should declare to the customs by presenting the certificate issued by the department in charge and the original goods, the goods may be allowed to the bonded area.
