Article 25 Upon expiration of the assigned land, The grantee should surrender the certificate for the use of state-owned land if he has not apply for renewal or fails to get the approval according to the article 24 of the contract.The assigner should withdraw the land use right on behalf of State and undertake procedures to nullify the registration.

第二十五条土地出让期限届满，受让人没有提出续期申请或者虽申请续期但依照本合同第二十四条规定未获批准的，受让人应当交回《国有土地使用证》，出让人代表国家收回土地使用权，并依照规定办理土地使用权注销登记。

Article 27 Upon expiration of the assigned land, the grantee have applied for renewal, but the grantee have rejected the application according to the article 24 of the contract, the right to the use of the land and the ownership of the above-ground buildings and other attached objects thereon shall be withdrawalled by the assigner on behalf of State without compensation, but the assigner should compensate the grantee according to the residual value of the above-ground buildings and other attached objects thereon.

第二十七条土地出让期限届满，受让人提出续期申请而出让人根据本合同第二十四条之规定没有批准续期的，土地使用权由出让人代表国家无偿收回，但对于地上建筑物及其他附着物，出让人应当根据收回时地上建筑物、其他附着物的残余价值给予受让人相应补偿。

Article 27 When a container or carriage of container car mentioned in Paragraph 1 of Article 25 and Article 26 of these Measures is discarded, the operator shall go through the deregistration formality upon the strength of the relevant registration materials.

第二十七条本办法第二十五条第一款和第二十六条所述集装箱和集装箱式货车车厢报废时，营运人凭登记或者注册资料向所在地海关办理注销手续。

第六十一条拍卖人、委托人违反本法第十八条第二款、第二十七条的规定，未说明拍卖标的的瑕疵，给买受人造成损害的，买受人有权向拍卖人要求赔偿；属于委托人责任的，拍卖人有权向委托人追偿。

Article 21 People's governments at different levels shall reinforce their leadership in fire prevention of the ecological public welfare forest, implement the system of administrative leaders' responsibility for forest fire prevention, and ensure the supply of sufficient funds for forest fire prevention and suppression. 第二十八条违反本办法第二十四条第一款规定，在生态公益林区域内进行采种、采脂等经营活动，致使森林、林木受到毁坏的，依照《中华人民共和国森林法》第四十四条的规定，赔偿损失；由县级以上人民政府林业主管部门责令停止违法行为，补种毁坏株数1倍以上3倍以下的树木，可处毁坏林木价值1倍以上5倍以下的罚款；拒不补种树木或者补种不符合国家有关规定的，由林业主管部门代为补种，所需费用由违法者支付。

十、将第二十二条改为第二十一条，修改为：石油合同可以约定石油作业所需的人员，作业者可以优先录用中国公民。

Article 27 shall be renumbered as Article 26, and the "departments or units authorized by the State Council shall give a warning for correction within a prescribed time limit" shall be amended as the "departments designated by the State Council shall order the acts to be corrected within a prescribed time limit and give warnings", the "CNPC" shall be amended as the "Chinese oil companies".

十二、将第二十七条改为第二十六条，这条中的&国务院授权的部门或者单位可以给予警告、责令限期改正&修改为&由国务院指定的部门依据职权责令限期改正，给予警告&；&中国石油天然气总公司&改为&中方石油公司&。
