Article 22 A vessel shall, when washing the cabin, driving air or replacing the cabin, select safe water areas, be far from crowded navigable areas, vessel's routing system areas, navigation-forbidden areas, navigation channels, ferries, harbors for passenger liners, harbors for dangerous goods, military harbors, locks, large bridges, underwater passages and important targets alongshore under protection, and shall, before carrying out the operations, report to the maritime administrative institution for ratification.

第二十二条船舶进行洗舱、驱气或者置换，应当选择安全水域，远离通航密集区、船舶定线制区、禁航区、航道、渡口、客轮码头、危险货物码头、军用码头、船闸、大型桥梁、水下通道以及重要的沿岸保护目标，并在作业之前报海事管理机构核准，核准程序和手续按本规定第十三条关于单航次海上危险货物过驳作业的规定执行。

Article 25 Secret-involving information systems may be classified into secret, confidential and top secret in an ascending sequence according to the secret degree of the information to be processed by them.

第二十五条涉密信息系统按照所处理信息的最高密级，由低到高分为秘密、机密、绝密三个等级。

The assignee or licensee of a contract of import of technologies shall use the technologies pursuant to the contract.

第二十四条技术进口合同的让与人应当保证自己是所提供技术的合法拥有者或者有权转让、许可者。

Article 24 Upon expiration of the term of use under the contract, the land user may apply for its renewal to the assigner 1 year before expiration if they need continue the use of the assigned land, the assigner should approve the application unless the land under the contract will be withdrawalled for social public interest.

第二十四条本合同约定的使用年限届满，土地使用者需要继续使用本合同项下宗地的，应当至迟于届满前一年向出让人提交续期申请书，除根据社会公共利益需要收回本合同项下土地的，出让人应当予以批准。

ARTICLE 25 The assignor or licensor of a contract of import of technologies shall guarantee that the technologies it provides are complete, correct, effective and meet the target agreed upon in the contract.

第二十五条技术进口合同的让与人应当保证所提供的技术完整、无误、有效，能够达到约定的技术目标。

Where a registered trademark is assigned, both the assignor and assignee shall jointly file an application with the Trademark Office.

第二十五条转让注册商标的，转让人和受让人应当共同向商标局提出申请。

Article 21 In applying for the assignment of a registered trademark, the assignor and the assignee shall file one Application for Assignment of a Registered Trademark with the Trademark Office.

第二十一条申请转让注册商标的，转让人和受让人应当向商标局交送《转让注册商标申请书》一份。

The assignor should grant approval except that he needs to take back the land according to the need of social public interest.

第二十四条本合同约定的使用年限届满，土地使用者需要继续使用本合同项下宗地的，应当至迟于届满前一年向出让人提交续期申请书，除根据社会公共利益需要收回本合同项下土地的，出让人应当予以批准。

Causes damages to any other person, it/he shall assume the liability for compensation.
