Following this context and along different viewpoints of personality-character arrangement and music interpretation for love and death, this research is trying to explore: firstly, comparing the characters of Jago Otello and Desdemona separately in original text with them in opera text, the specific aesthetic viewpoints of conflict and evil in nineteenth century would in this way be clarified. Hence, basing on the ending of the act IV in the opera, the representation of different viewpoints of death in nineteenth century from that in the era of Shakespeare will be musically interpreted.

对此，本研究没要从人物性格的设计以及音乐里如例诠释爱与死的看法两方面进行探讨：首先比较原著与歌剧文本在Jago、Otello、Desdemona三人情格刻划方面的差异，藉此突显属於十九世纪时代的对立冲突性以及恶的美学观；尔后，再以歌剧中第四幕的结束场景为出发点，探究音乐手法如何同样地反映出十九世纪有别於莎士比亚时代的死亡观。

The Hong Kong Baptist University Symphony Orchestra presented its first Annual Gala Concert on 1 May 2009 in the Concert Hall of City Hall. The second part discusses the relationship between "the Nineteen Ancient Poems" and the trend of aesthetics thought in the last years of Eastern Han dynasty, firstly, analyzes the reasons of the trend of aesthetics thought in the last years of Eastern Han dynasty from five aspects, the decline of Confucianism , the reviviscence of Lao.

第二部分论述《古诗十九首》与汉末美学思潮之关系。第一，从经学的衰颓、老庄思想的复归、社会政治、经济、楚骚美学和汉代文学五个方面对汉末美学思潮的形成原因进行分析，并指出在这些原因的共同作用下，形成汉末"个人自我之觉醒"的美学思潮；第二，从"贵真"思想的复萌、"感伤主义"的出现及美学意识对人生各个方面的渗透几个侧面，分析了汉末美学思潮的特点：第三，探讨了《古诗十九首》与汉末美学思潮的关系。

Therefore I want to analyze the characters of the composing techchnique of poly-phony in Bruckner"s "The 3rd Mass in this article,researching the sit-uation of compo-sing the western sacred music in 19~ century, emphasizing on the situ-ation and the rel-ationship of the creating technique between sacred music and polypho-ny music after 19~ century, and demonstrating the western polyphonous composing te-chnique help in developing the sacred music and the influence of sacred music on the western polypho-nous composing technique .

因此，笔者希望通过本文对布鲁克纳在其第三弥撒曲中的复调创作手法特征的论述，初探十九世纪西方宗教音乐的创作状态，并着重讨论十九世纪及其后的宗教音乐与复调创作手法之间的状况和联系，以期论证西方复调技法对其宗教音乐的发展，以及宗教音乐对复调技法创作的影响。
