We analyzed the polymorphism of MHC class II B gene in 14 Chinese alligators sampled from three different areas: the wild population of Xuancheng in Anhui, the captive population of Changxing in Zhejiang and the captive population of Anhui Research Center for Chinese Alligator Reproduction.
