In the process of immigration of eastern Sichuan and western Hubei, at least three issues are worthy of noting: one, the settlers had a difficult trip, life was unstable and crafts was extremely difficult in the mountain region in early time; two, Land disputes are more common in initial time of immigration, occupying boundary, subleasing, reselling and looting land often caused fights even murder, which shows early highly complex relation of immigration in community; three, immigrants plays a very important role in the development of local economy. If the local economic development can be divided into four stages, the fourth period (that is, from the middle of the 18th century to the 19th century) is the most important period for immigration, is the period of fastest development of economy and is the period of the local economic development the largest impacted by immigrants.

初期移民社会至少有三个问题引起本文注意，首先、移民们行程艰难，到达深山地区初期的生活很不稳定，劳作极其艰辛；其次、土地纠纷是初期移民社会较为普遍的现象，蒙混占界、转租转卖、抢占土地往往引起群殴甚至酿成命案，初期移民社会围绕土地争夺而展开的各种关系极为复杂；三、移民给当地社会经济带来了较大的变化，如果可以将唐宋至十九世纪末当地经济的发展分为四个时期，那么，第三个时期(即十八世纪中叶到十九世纪)是移民的重要时期也是当地经济发展最快的时期，移民对经济发展变化的影响是很大的。

This paper mainly consists of five parts. The Introduction mainly defines the scope and relative concepts, and covers the present situation of research about it. The first chapter traces the Seeing-off-poetry's cultural origin, classifies its emotion contents and artistic achievements, and differentiates the flows from the base of comprehensive reorganization of the Seeing-off-poetry from pre-Qin to latter-Han Dynasty. The second chapter studies its variations about styles, artistic expressions, and gentries' spirit features. And in this part we also discuss the reasons of Four-word-see-off-poetry's booming and its peculiarities in Jin Dynasty. The third chapter demonstrates the influence on Seeing-off-poetry in the Early and Glorious Ages of Tang Dynasty such as the construction ways, poetry images and emotion styles. The Appendix enumerates all the 465 Seeing-off poems' tittles, authors, their birth and dead time, writing time and sources of quotation one by one, so that all of them can be checked to prepare the investigation.

The research work of this article is made up of theory and application, it includes three partsrthe first, it takes SWOT analytical technology to analyse Zhangjiagang port" s developing strategic enviorment . The second, it according to the statistical figures about the cargo transport in recent years, it analyzes cargo transport structure and the changing law and the internal reason of cargo transport. At the same time it analyzes and calculates the change of the arriving ships" structure for a systematic and full understand of the transport demands. The third, it make a scientific forecast of the port" s future cargo capacity making use of the grey forecast system, which provides scientific basis for medium-long term development plan of the port"s cargo handling capacity. It also makes some analysis and research for medium-long term development future of Zhangjiagang port in use of physical unit analising technique, looks for the scaltered no-order and no-system reason of medium-long term development.

本文从理论和应用两个部分对港口发展战略进行了研究，研究的工作主要分三个部分：第一，应用SWOT法对港口发展环境进行技术分析；第二，在对国内外同类型港口进行分析的基础上，对张家港港的发展做一比较；根据张家港近年来有关货物运输的一些统计数据，对货物运输的结构和规模演变的规律及内在原因作一剖析，同时对到港船舶的结构变化进行预测，以求对运输需求有一个系统全面的了解；第三，应用灰色预测系统及三次指数平滑法和组合预测法对张家港港未来港口货运吞吐量进行科学预测，为张家港港货物装卸能力规划提供科学依据。

The second part describes the phonology of Sumitang Qidouhua including its consonants, vowels and tone, analyzes the rules of Wen and Bai, the difference between the old and the middle age, and offers the syllabary.The third part explores the close relationship between Sumitang Qidouhua and Songbai Tuhua by comparing the two kinds of Tuhua with Chengguan Tuhua in Jiangyong county, and puts forward a conclusion that the three kinds of Tuhua maybe come from the same origin although some difference exist among them. The comparison of the three kinds of Tuhua with the neighboring dialects testifies the above opinion. The forth part is the surplus of the paper.

第二部分：江华粟米塘七都话的语音系统这一部分全面分析了粟米塘七都话的声韵调及其语音特点、文白异读规律和老壮差异的例子，记录并整理了同音字表第三部分：江华粟米塘七都话与周边土话的比较这一部分首先将粟米塘七都话与江永松柏土话、城关土话进行了声韵调的全面比较，揭示了粟米塘七都话和松柏土话的密切联系，并推论这三种土话尽管存在各类差异，但应该有着相同的来源；然后再将这三种土话与周边土话进行比较，论证了上述观点。
