This thesis contains five chapters. Chapter 1 introduces the cause, purpose and value of the thesis and the problems that affect the existence of the east-and-west-facing residence. Chapter 2 analyzes the affecting factors of the facing of residence including the thermo-comfortability, the spiritual and mental state and the ecological environment etc. Chapter 3 analyzes the specific circumstances, under which the east-and-west-facing residence is practicable. For example, in order to enjoy the view, to make good use of the land and to form the endocentric residential area, we can choose the east-and-west-facing residence. Chapter 4 puts forward some measurements, including the planning design, the architecture design and the constitution design, to make the east-and-west-facing residence hot-proof so that we can eliminate the most disadvantageous factor in the south. Chapter 5 gives some examples of the east-and-west-facing residence in the south.

本文分五章，第一章提出本文研究的起因、范围、目的、意义及南方地区东西向住宅存在的问题；第二章分析了影响住宅朝向的各因素(包括热舒适性、精神心理、生态环境等)；第三章分析了东西向住宅在一些特定条件下(如景观、地形地貌、小区内聚围合等)在南方地区的适应性；第四章提出了解决南方地区东西向住宅防热的一系列(规划设计、建筑设计、构造设计等)措施，以解决东西向住宅在南方地区存在的最大障碍；第五章列举了南方地区东西向住宅的一些实例；最后在结语中总结了东西向住宅在南方地区存在的现实意义及实用价值，并展望了住宅建设发展的前景。

首先，介绍嵌入式系统的基本概念和特点以及本文所论述的结构；其次，详细介绍了系统的硬件的总体设计以及软件的总体设计；第三，详细介绍了系统的各个硬件模块的设计，主要是对硬件系统的核心板和扩展板的各部分电路的设计进行了介绍；第四，详细介绍了嵌入式WinCE操作系统的定制方法，主要工作是对其进行裁减，编写Bootloader；并通过中断和流接口开发基于嵌入式系统的驱动程序，通过修改编写驱动程序让嵌入式系统能够满足当前的项目的需要，实现最小化同时又是最完全的系统；第五，详细介绍了服务器端，嵌入式控制端，采集端3大部分的软件以及自己定制的通讯协议。

The third part presents the collection of patent indicators horizontally from the point of patent exterior characteristics, such as quantity, time, geography and citing. The following part unfolds the usage of patent indicators in government, organization and technology field with real-life cases and highlights the core patent indicators from these fields. The last partof this dissertation summarizes the application of patent indicators and problems of patent analysis and suggested corresponding solutions.

全文共分6章：第一章主要阐述本文的研究内容、研究意义、研究方法和国内外研究现状；第二章论述专利的特点和进行专利分析的理论与实践基础，论证专利分析的可行性及其在战略决策中可发挥的作用；第三章对专利分析的指标进行梳理和定义，主要从横向层面上对专利分析指标进行了归类和简单的意义解释；第四章从纵向层面上探讨专利分析指标在国家、机构、技术领域决策中的应用，通过实例应用，筛选出各层次分析的核心指标；第五章结论，对专利指标的应用及指标应用中存在的问题进行归纳、思考和探讨。

The second part for 2-5, carried on the detailed treatise to each step of the article frame. Among them, chapter 2 mainly introduces the theories of total value management and real estate, paves the way to analyze the next substances; chapter 3 introduces the basic theories on value engineering and the significance of value engineering application in project decision-making, and finally indicates the processes and methods of value engineering application in project decision-making with particular analysis of a case; Chapter 4 describes the management of customer value, this part use the factorization methods and factorize the factor of customer value, establishes the step analysis evaluation model, use the SPSS software to analysis the data, scooping out the "latitude degree" that concealed, which customers pay attention to. According to these, this part puts forward the factor classification and improvement; Chapter 5 describes the society responsibilities that the real estate enterprises should afford, constructs a system of target about society value management and poses the specific methods of society value management.

第二部分是本文的主体部分，为二到五章，第二章主要介绍了全面价值管理和房地产的基本理论，为下面的分析做好基础；第三章介绍了价值工程的基本原理以及应用价值工程的意义，并通过案例与理论的结合，论述了价值工程在项目决策应用中的程序和方法；第四章介绍了顾客价值的管理，这部分尝试用因子分析方法把顾客价值因素作为变量，建立顾客价值管理的层级评价模型，利用SPSS统计软件对调查数据进行分析，挖掘变量背后掩藏的"纬度"，即顾客关注的大的价值要素，并根据这些要素的重要性提出了价值要素分类以及改进的思想；第五章描述了房地产企业应承担的社会责任，构建了房地产企业社会价值管理指标体系，并指出了其进行社会价值管理的具体办法。
