This thesis applies factor analysis in ship type optimization and uses this method to comprehensively grade the alternative ship types of second Carriage iron ore shipment from Majishan to Bao steel and finally gets the optimal ship type for this line.

本论文主要内容包括：第二章主要分析了国际铁矿石运输现状；第三章介绍我国进口铁矿石的情况，分析了我们铁矿石运输存在的不足并预测了发展趋势；第四章介绍了传统的船型论证方法、步骤；第五章计算了从马迹山到宝钢原料码头的船型方案的主要指标，并用传统的方法做了船型方案的选优；第六章介绍了因子分析法在船型论证中的应用，并用因子分析法对船型选优做了综合评定，得出适合马迹山到宝钢的二程矿石运输的最优船型。

The first three chapters discuss the original rules and ideas, challenges and adaptive changes of the plan in practice, especially illustrated by related typical analysis; chapter four analyzes the general character of the cities which adopted city-manager plan, such as city size, area distribution, etc.; chapter five analyzes abandonment of city-manager plan, particularly its causation; chapter six discusses the professional management advocated by city -manager plan, and influence over other forms of local government.

目的在于阐明城市经理制这一市政体制的合理性和优越性。第一章论述城市经理制确立之初的基本原则和理念；第二章论述城市经理制在实践中所遇到的挑战；第三章论述城市经理制的一些适应性变化，并进行了相关的典型分析；第四章分析了采纳城市经理制的城市地区分布、城市规模等相关特点；第五章对放弃城市经理制的情况，尤其是对其原因进行了分析和阐述；第六章论述了城市经理制的专业化管理特色对其他地方政府体制的影响。

The first part of this paper mainly intends to state the concept of the campus digitization; then the second part makes a simple statement on the present development situation computer network system and function enlargement of the contemporary campus network system; the third part isthe key point of this paper, which surround the practical subject----thedesign and plan of Weihai college network system digitization and study the network development from the angle of the connection between theory and practice; the fourth part states the design and plan of the campus network system digitization building from the application of the new technology and the achievement of the administration function two aspects; the fifth part studies the problem we find and discuss the further innovation and the future campus digitizations development direction according to the campus digitization building; the sixth part is a conclusion forecast the future information building of national education from the campus digitization.

本文第一部分主要针对数字校园的概念进行了阐述；然后在第二部分就计算机网络技术的发展现状以及现阶段校园网功能的拓展做了简单论述；第三部分是本文的重点，围绕威海职业学院数字化校园网络系统的规划设计建设这个实际项目，从理论联系实际的角度出发展开研究；第四部分则主要从新技术的应用以及管理功能的实现两方面对校园数字化建设规划设计进行了探讨；在第五部分，根据校园数字化建设探讨了未来数字校园的发展方向，并从发现的问题入手研究探索数字化校园的进一步发展更新；第六部分是对全文的总结，从校园的数字化展望未来国家教育的信息化建设。

The second chapterintroduces the characters of glass curtain walls. The third chapter goes along astudy on the daylight glare inside the glass curtain wall buildings. The fourthchapter goes along a systemic study on the reflection glare from glass curtainwalls and introduces design and development of the reflection glare calculation module. The fifth chapter uses some building simulation tools tocalculate and evaluate the heat pollution and light pollution. The sixth chaptersummarizes and prospects.

论文共分为六章，第一章介绍了天然光环境及天然采光的意义；第二章介绍了玻璃幕墙的特点及其室内外天然光环境的特点；第三章针对玻璃幕墙建筑室内昼光眩光进行了研究，并利用软件进行了计算和分析；第四章对玻璃幕墙反射光污染进行了系统的研究，并介绍了反射光计算模块的设计与开发；第五章介绍了利用计算机模拟的方法对玻璃幕墙光污染和热污染的计算与评价，并得出了相应结论；第六章进行了总结和展望。

The microenvironment of the enterprise is analyses, which includes the survey .advantage and disadvantage analysis of Tengen company. The strength of the company and the market of Tengen electrical apparatus are analyses by utilizing GE model. And the marketing situation in the future is forecast. The structure of Tengen electrical products is analysed and the situations of various kinds of products in market are analyses by means of Bostons matrix method. The marketing target of Tengen is presented by using subdivision principles to analyses the market of Tengen. The weak links of the company in the marketing are found through comprehensive analysis of the marketing situation of Tengen company. The counter meashres and advice in marketing are presented for Tengen company.

本论文共分六章：在第一章引言部分中对本论文的研究背景及意义，研究宗旨、目标及范围做了说明；第二章中对一些营销的基本理论做了总结回顾：第三章从企业的外部环境入手对低压电器市场的市场竞争、用户情况、国内外差距、政策问题、技术发展趋势做了分析；第四章对企业的内部条件做了分析，主要运用了SWOT分析法，另外运用波士顿矩阵法、GE模型对产品结构及公司在市场竞争中的实力情况做了分析；第五章根据前面的分析得出了企业应该制定歧异性的集聚战略；在战略的指导下，作者提出天正公司应该采取的几种竞争策略，如渠道策略、直接营销策略、关系营销策略、综合促销策略等；第六章中对论文做了简要总结。

In the paper chapter one introduces the background and significance about designing the GPIB controller based on Ethernet. Chapter two describes the whole design idea of the controller, at the same time, introduces ENET protocol, TCP/IP protocol and other associating protocols. Chapter three discusses the hardware and firmware design of ENET-GPIB controller. Chapter four describes how to realize the dynamic link library functions and VISA functions of the controller. Chapter five collogues the trend of ATS. Chapter six summaries the design and give some experience and advice about scientific research.

According to the dements that exist in the system, I suggest that to perfect it , we should fulfill the following points: first, make clear the definition of spiritual damages and confirm the system by construction; second, further widen the applying scope of compensation for spiritual damages; third, reduce the limits that people encounter

针对我国精神损害赔偿制度的缺陷，笔者认为，要完善我国精神损害赔偿制度，应从以下几方面着手：第一，明确精神损害赔偿的概念和从立法上确认精神损害赔偿制度；第二，应进一步拓宽精神损害赔偿的适用范围；第三，请求精神损害赔偿的主体应放宽条件限制；第四，在责任方式上，应该采取财产方式与非财产方式并重的&双轨制&；第五，精神损害赔偿的标准和数额须进一步明确；第六，应确立刑事附带精神损害赔偿制度。
