This article is divided into seven parts, the first part is the structure of LiNbO ; The second part is the basic physical property (especially for optical property); The third project is for the mix substance which takes some operation for LiNbO crystal; The 4th and 5th part for cyclical polarization niobic acid lithium crystal synopsis and application; The sixth part for Laman spectrum synopsis and the seventh part is the something about experiment.

This article included six parts, part one introduction: Summarize current situation of real estate, related product and regulations in China; part two deicision-making of investment: Analysis of problem of real estate in current situation and how to implement quality management; party four construction and presell: introduced and analyized issues of construction and presell of real estate, emphasized how to empliement quality management on this phase; party five check and sell: Analyzed issues of real estate on this phase and how to empliement quality management; part six: Conclusion.

本文主要分为六个部分，第一部分绪论，概述了我国现阶段房地产业及其产品的现状，以及相关的政策法规；第二部分投资决策阶段，分析了目前我国房地产产品在该阶段存在的问题，如何进行质量管理；第三部分前期工作阶段，分析了目前我国房地产产品在该阶段存在的问题，如何进行质量管理；第四部分施工建设和房产预销售阶段，详细介绍和分析了目前我国房地产产品在该阶段存在的问题，重点论述如何对该阶段进行质量管理；第五部分验收交付销售阶段，分析了目前我国房地产产品在该阶段存在的问题，如何进行质量管理；第六部分结论。

The first part is literature review of relevant Customer Value Theory. In the following part, research questionnaires about customer value in health and fitness entertaining and straight rebuy tendency are designed concerning to existing survey methods and combined with the status quo and features of health and fitness entertaining enterprises. The third part is surveys and analysis about the status quo of custom value in bodybuilding clubs in Nanjing. Six common factors, named as "sentimental value","consumption cost","product value","service value","expected value", and "function value", are concluded as the elements of customer value in health and fitness entertaining after factor analysis and are discussed in the fourth part. In the fifth part, influences of the various elements of customer value on customers' straight rebuy are obtained by Logistic regression analysis. The sixth part is about the relationship between customer individual attribute and customer straight rebuy reached through partial correlation analysis.

首先，梳理了顾客价值理论和体育健身俱乐部相关研究的文献；其次，以顾客价值已有的探测方法，结合商业性健身俱乐部的现状及特点，设计出商业性健身俱乐部顾客感知价值及重购意向的调查问卷；第三，对南京市健身俱乐部顾客价值现状进行了调查和分析；第四，通过因子分析得出商业性健身俱乐部顾客价值构成要素结构，共有六个公共因子，命名为&情感价值&、&消费成本&、&产品价值&、&服务价值&、&期望价值&、&功能价值&；第五，通过Logistic回归分析，得出健身俱乐部顾客价值构成要素对顾客重购行为的影响；第六，通过偏相关分析得出健身俱乐部顾客个体属性与顾客重购行为的关系。

The content of each part follow as: In the first chapter, as start point and base of the paper, this part focuses on the basic study ofdefinition characteristic of NO, and the existing base of NO-E-Commerceenvironment; In the second one, this part studies the theory base of NO comprehensively applying the theories of core competence competent strategy and transaction cost; Chapter three studies the NO from the coordination of NO, and gives the structure clarification and characteristic of NO firstly, at the same time, put forward the concept of Virtual Enterprise Cluster; Based on such conclusion, studies the model of NO from life cyc organization level process and value chain, and operational mode; In Chapter four, a theoretical explanation was addressed on the above structure by modeling NO with game theory and graphic theory; In the fifth chapter, on the bases of analysis of NO operational risks, coordination mechanism of NO was studied by individually modeling the NO without core and NO with core, and then put forward the solution for coordination mechanism of NO; As an important component of coordination mechanism of NO, Chapter six explored some basic concept of trust and importantly put forward the way of how to build trust in NO, especially investigated the supporting function of valid reputation mechanism of NO for the trust building, importantly an operational method on building reputation mechanism and evaluation method in NO were given; The last chapter applied theconclusion of the paper to investigate the famous trade Web-SUNBU.

全文共分为七章，主要内容如下：第一章作为全文的理论出发点和基础，围绕网络组织的定义、特征以及网络组织生存基础--电子商务环境等方面对网络组织的基本概念进行了阐述；第二章综合运用核心能力、竞争战略和交易费用理论对网络组织产生的理论基础进行阐述；第三章首先从组织协调的角度对网络组织进行了研究，给出了网络组织的结构，分类和特征，同时并给出了虚拟企业群簇；然后在此基础上分别研究了网络组织的生命周期模型、层次模型、过程模型、价值链模型，以及运行模式；第四章综合运用博弈论、图论的相关知识，通过构建网络组织的模型，对上一章所研究的网络组织结构的形成机理给出了一种理论解释；第五章在分析网络组织运行风险的基础上，分别建立无盟主网络组织的博弈论模型和有盟主网络组织的博弈论模型，详细研究了网络组织的协调机制，然后给出了网络组织协调机制的解决方案；第六章作为网络组织协调机制的重要组成部分，本章在讨论了网络组织中建立信任机制的必要性的基础上，研究了网络组织信任关系的类型，提出了在网络组织中如何建立信任机制。

This thesis mainly deals with the packet filter firewall by applicating Netfilter on the basis of Linux, consisting of seven parts: first, it generally describes the firewall; second, it introduces the exploiting platform Linux and the software debug environment; third, it simply analyzes some networking protocols; fourth, it analyzes the network attacks and their defensing measures; fifth, it describes the most important part of the thesis--the analysis of netfilter's frame and the exploiting and designing process of the firewall; sixth, it introduces the design of the device drivers of the Linux which is the theory base of exploting the user's interface ; the last part is the applicating guide of its exploiting process.

本文介绍了运用Netfilter防火墙技术，在LINUX环境上实现包过滤防火墙的方法和过程，在内容上主要包括了七个部分：第一部分对防火墙的概述；第二部分则介绍此次开发的平台LINUX和软调环境；第三部分对几种网络协议做了简单的分析；第四部分分析了网络攻击及其防御措施；第五部分则是本次设计的核心部分Netfilter框架分析以及防火墙的开发设计思路；第六部分则介绍LINUX设备驱动程序的设计，它是开发用户接口部分的理论基础；最后则是所开发程序的使用说明部分。

This article is divided into seven sections: The first part deals with Martin Luther King Jr.'s experiences in his early years; the second with the Montgomery bus boycott led by King ,the action lasted one year and a few weeks and finally the city's buses were desegregated; the third with the Southern Christian Leadership Conference built by King and his other black leaders ,aiming at promoting the successful Montgomery action; the fourth with the letter from the Birmingham jail,this section fully demonstrated King's strong will and persistence for Black Civil Movement ;the fifth with Challenges of the final years,during which King had to meet the challenges from inside and outside for his business; the sixth with Posthumous reputation and legacy,this part records the reputation King owned after his death in honor of his outstanding contribution for Black Civil Movement and the controversy; the seventh with assessment,it mainly focuses on great influence King had on human being ,especially American politics and economics.
