Article 47 Except the family members or other members of the insured deliberately cause the insured risk to occur as provided for in the first paragraph of Article 44 of this law, the insurer shall not subrogate the family members or other members of the insured to exercise the right to indemnity claims.

第四十七条除被保险人的家庭成员或者其组成人员故意造成本法第四十五条第一款规定的保险事故以外，保险人不得对被保险人的家庭成员或者其组成人员行使代位请求赔偿的权利。

Article 50 shall be changed into Article 57 and shall be amended as: Where anyone evades, delays or suppresses the investigation and disposition of a complaint, charge or tip-off regarding an infringement upon the rights and interests of a woman, or avenges the person who initiates the complaint or charge or offers the tip-off, the entity he works for, the administrative department or the superior organ shall order him to make corrections and shall give an administrative sanction to the directly liable person-in-charge and other directly liable persons.

三十六、第五十条改为第五十七条，修改为：违反本法规定，对侵害妇女权益的申诉、控告、检举，推诿、拖延、压制不予查处，或者对提出申诉、控告、检举的人进行打击报复的，由其所在单位、主管部门或者上级机关责令改正，并依法对直接负责的主管人员和其他直接责任人员给予行政处分。

Article 31 If any inspection agency undertaking the inspection of licensed products fabricates the inspection data or inspection conclusions, it shall be punished according to Article 57 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Product Quality, and its qualification for undertaking the inspection shall be cancelled.

第三十一条承担发证产品检验任务的检验机构伪造检验数据或者伪造检验结论的，按照《中华人民共和国产品质量法》第五十七条的规定处罚，并取消其承担检验任务的资格。
