Objective To obtain anamorphosis of Shiraia bambusicola producing the component,hypocrellin A effectively.

目的获得能稳定产生竹红菌素的竹黄无性型菌株，通过人工培育获得其活性成分竹红菌甲素。

Results showed that:there were significant differences in the carbon to oxygen ratioamong various positions and processingconditions;lignin and abstracts mainly made up the surface of bamboo;high temperature drying resulted in the decomposition of volatile abstracts in the surface,whichindicated some structure of cellulose and hemicellulose,while the effects of processing with boracic acid were not apparent;the bamboo processed in hightemperature and with boracic acid showed decreasedfree hydroxide and activity at the same time;the amount of active free hydroxide of inner layer was higher thanthat of the outer.

结果表明：不同部位和不同处理条件下竹材表面的碳氧比有很大差异；竹材表面主要以木素和各种抽提物为主；高温干燥导致竹材表面易挥发的抽提物分解，使部分纤维素和半纤维素的结构特征得以显露，而硼酸处理效果不明显；高温处理和硼酸处理后竹材表面的自由羟基减少，活性降低；竹黄表面的活性自由羟基的数量高于竹青表面。

Methods A strain was isolated from the fruit of S.bambusicola by separating its hypha and was cultured by solid-state fermentation.

方法通过组织分离，从野生竹黄子座中分离筛选出无性型菌株0258，进行人工条件下的发酵培养。

The study indicated that the change of the strain of tangential bamboo appears mainly parabolic curve form, and the strain increase gradually from outside face to inside face in the thickness direction of bamboo wall in process of heating.

对四年生毛竹的弦向和径向热应变特性进行了检测和研究，研究表明在加热过程中弦向竹材的应变大体呈抛物线状变化，在竹壁厚度方向由竹青至竹黄应变呈逐渐增加趋势。

所有年龄所有高度的竹材微密度从竹青到竹黄对材性变异规律如下：从竹青到竹黄开始下降梯度较大，一般到相对竹皮距离0.35左右处(整个竹壁厚度为1)，竹材微密度下降梯度减小，微密度的变化范围变小，到近竹黄处，微密度达最小值，而后到竹黄部位密度大幅上升，竹材最小密度一般只有最大密度的50％或更低，竹黄由厚壁的石细胞组成，所以密度较大，一般比最小密度增大约50％-100％，厚度较薄，不同年龄不同高度竹材的竹黄厚度相差无几，约在0.8mm左右；竹材从1度竹到2度竹生长过程中，平均密度的增长主要发生在竹肉部分，从3度竹到4度竹生长过程中，平均密度的下降主要发生在竹肉部分，同一年龄同一高度，竹壁厚径向的密度梯度越小，力学强度越高，随着年龄的增大，密度梯度越来越小(1度竹除外)，随着高度增加，密度梯度越来越大。
