Perspective of the thesis is from the social development and enterprise progress, to enhance competitive advantage of technological enterprises as the goal, describe the necessary to resolve the issue of the organizational structure by a comparative analysis, as well as in practice, optimization of the organizational structure has practical significance, the thesis is on the basis of optimization analysis of organizational structure of Shenzhen MG technology company, and uses the four-cycle perspective to describe the cyclical dynamic reconfiguration of the organization optimization problem, through the planning, startup, diagnosis, design, reconstruction, monitoring , as well as steps to improve the optimization of organizational structure, provide a new way of thinking and problem-solving approach to improve the efficiency of organization for similarity technology enterprises.

本文从社会发展、企业进步的视角出发，以提升科技企业竞争优势为目标，阐述了解决企业组织结构问题在理论上的必要性，以及组织结构优化在实践中所具有的现实意义。本文在对深圳MG科技公司组织结构现状进行分析的基础上，采用四循环法这种以周期性的观点描述企业动态组织优化问题的方法，通过策划、启动、诊断、设计、重构、监控、以及改进等步骤逐步实现对深圳MG科技公司的组织结构优化，所得的研究成果为类似科技企业进行组织结构优化提供了新的解决思路和方案。

Because of the influence of the planned economy, Chinese media, especially Chinese television have problems in personnel system. The reasonable competition system, hortatory system and providing system are not yet set up. The Newcomers have to accept their position at the bottom of the pecking order. Thus it can hardly make everyone develop his capability completely. The fair environment in which manpower could be distinguished himself is not yet existed. The system which could keep manpower, attract manpower and make him develop his whole capability is not yet set up. The variety problems of the traditional personnel system seriously interfere with the development of Chinese television.

由于受传统计划经济体制的影响，中国传媒业特别是电视业普遍存在着人事制度改革滞后的问题：科学合理的竞争机制、激励机制、分配机制尚未建立，论资排辈现象比较突出，难以做到人尽其才，才尽其用；能使优秀人才脱颖而出的公平环境和留住人、吸引人、使人力发挥自身最大潜能的机制尚未形成等等，存在着诸多问题和种种弊端的传统人事管理制度，严重制约着中国电视业的发展。

The goal is to simplify the neural-computing of biovision process modeled inthe Boundary Contour System of FACADE theory, and to extract subjective contour in.a new way. The procedure consists of DOG filtering, cooperative filtering,post-processing of cooperative cues and regrouping of endpoints, corresponding to theoriented edge filtering by simple cells, cooperative filtering by bipole cells and end-stopeffect formulated by hypercomplex cells in biovision system respectively. The last oneis an algorithm based on connection relation graph, which judges whether two keypoints should be connected according to their positions and orientations and thenconnect the key points that Should be connected to complete the subjective contour.

本文主要完成了以下工作：一是针对张量投票方法处理主观轮廓时出现的问题进行了改进，并依据矩阵的特征值摄动理论分析了该方法误差产生的原因以及迭代对其影响；二是用图像处理方法代替FACADE理论中复杂的细胞动力学方程，提出了一种基于视觉竞争合作机制的轮廓组织及缺口修复算法，该方法通过DOG滤波器组、合作滤波器组和张量投票等方法分别模拟视觉系统中的简单细胞有向滤波、双极细胞合作滤波和终端截断后端点重组等主观轮廓形成过程；三是提出了一种基于可连接关系图的算法解决轮廓组织及缺口修复问题，该方法在轮廓特征提取的基础上，根据关键点的位置和取向信息判断其可连接关系，进而连接具有可连接关系但没有实际连接的关键点，最终完成轮廓缺口的修复。

In light of the present situation of Tongguan Logistics Co.,Ltd.and the problems in its secondary-level units such as low management and service level,doing things in each one's own way and mutual bad competition,a solution is proposed which includes "resource integration,concentrated management and setting-up of logistics branch companies".

针对铜冠物流公司的现状以及各二级单位存在管理、服务水平低而且还各自为政、相互恶性竞争等问题，提出以"整合资源、集中管理、组建物流分公司"的思路来解决以上问题。

On the base of theoretical design and analysis, the working state of Water-soluble Filming machine and its laminating system are tested through the equipment applied to do serial experiment. The results of theoretical design and analysis are proved correct and practical, some new problems appear. Meanwhile, the crushing effect and saving energy of the equipment working in process of grinding ironstone are researched, all these lay a foundation for the further study of the technology.

This paper investigated 44 rich families and 33 general fmilies menta l health condition with PHI,the results were:the rich famlies had more mental pr oblem then the general families,the husbands in the rich expressed sensitive,com petitive,obstinate character;the wife in the rich expressed suspicious,fancy and somatic features There were 66.7%husbands and 61.9%wives in the rich who had mental problems,39.1%husbands and 42.4%wives in the general family had mental problems,and 34.1%children in the rich and 13.6%children in the general family had mental problems.

The author discovers that the industry in China cherishes comparative advantage in fundamental production factors, the demand in information industry is promising in China, but have structural problems both in senior production factors and demand; it have a striking advantage in industrial chain, but the key section of the chain is too weak and industrial integration is far from enough; the patterns of competition among enterprises were outdate although they behaved well in operation strategies, most of them are lack of key capacity ; the governments had made every efforts to support the development of the industry, but the policies didnt work as well as their original targets; the industry may benefit form international industrial transition on condition that we should take measures in creating proper environment for loading those foreign enterprises.

研究发现，我国信息产业在基本生产要素上具有比较优势，而在高等生产要素上存在结构问题；国内外需求前景一片光明，但供给结构不合理；支持性产业方面产业链优势明显，核心环节薄弱，产业融合度不够；企业战略存在优势，但竞争方式依然初级，核心能力不足；政府对信息产业的政策扶持力度大，但存在前瞻性方向问题；国际产业转移为我国发展信息产业提供了前所未有的机遇，但要注重产业对接工作。
