通过对受教育权利的存疑与释疑以及对受教育权利的实现未实现这两大纲领式的要点回顾与反思，笔者以自我设问与自我解答的方式对整篇论文中可能出现的立论难点或需要加以证伪的主要命题分别予以尝试解答。
