Important issues about pediatric rhinosinusitis were also addressed in our studies. Methods The clinical data of 43 adult patients (59 sides)suffering from chronic sinusitis with frontal sinus involved were analyzed retrospectively. The frontal sinus ostium was identified by the help of artificial frontal drill (20 cases) or XPS frontal drill (23 cases), and the efficacy was evaluated via postoperative follow-up of all cases. Results The ostia of frontal sinus were successfully opened in all cases, and no serious complications occurred.
