Results Among the 15 cases, the lesions occurred in ethmoid sinus in 6 cases, in frontal sinus in 4 cases, in sphenoid sinus in 3 cases, in frontal hone in 1 case and in frontal process of maxila in 1 case.

结果 15例中病变起源于筛窦6例，额窦4例，蝶窦3例，额骨、上颌骨额突各1例；10例首发病例多呈卵圆形，形态规则，5例复发病例中4例形态不规整。

Results Paranasal sinus malignant tumor root mainly in maxillary sinus 17 cases (54.8%), then ethmoid sinus 10 cases (32.3%), and frontal sinus 4 cases (12.9%).

Results Among the 168 patients, 95 cases (121 sides) had incomplete middle turbinate, 51 cases (75 sides) had maxillary sinus ostium stenosis, 85 cases (117 sides) had nasal cavity adhesion, 48 cases (57 sides) had uncinate process residual, 38 cases (65 sides) had ethmoid hyperostosis, and 25 cases had nasal septum deviation. One hundred and six patients (134 sides) were cured, 40 patients (56 sides) were improved, useful 22 patients (35 sides) were ineffective.

结果：中鼻甲部分或完全缺失95例（121侧），上颌窦窦口狭窄阻塞51例（75侧），鼻腔粘连85例（117侧），钩突残留48例（57侧），筛窦骨质增生38例（65侧），鼻中隔偏曲25例。106例（134侧）痊愈，40例（56侧）好转，22例（35侧）无效。

TypeⅡ: The ostium of frontal sinus is located in ethmoid infundibulum, frontal recess and its cell, flows through interior semilunar hiatus to middle nasal meatus. It is about 80%. Among them there are about 62.5% in ethmoid infundibulum, about 37.5% in frontal recess.

Abstract］ Objective To discuss the self-restraint water pocket in the nasal sinuses endoscope postoperative and the effect of stanching bleeding.Methods 96 patients were divided into treatment group and control group,the treatment group was treated with self-restraint water pocket for stanching bleeding,the control group was treated with traditonal iodoform gauze.

目的 探讨自制水囊在内镜鼻窦手术后窦腔的填塞止血效果方法对96例鼻窦手术患者分治疗组和对照组，分别将治疗组窦腔给予自制水囊填塞止血，对照组窦腔给予传统的碘仿纱条填塞止血。

Results There was no noticeable changes in nasality and total NAR for type Ⅰ patients at stage one, but further study showed that simple maxillary sinusitis had effects on nasality while frontal sinusitis and sphenoid sinusitis failed to.
