Objective: To evaluate the treatment effect of endoscopic sinus surgery for mycosis sphenoiditis.Method:From 1995 to 1998, 9 patients of mycosis sphenoiditis were treated with endoscopic sinus surgery.

摘 要：目的：探讨经鼻内窥镜治疗真菌性蝶窦炎的手术方法方法：9例真菌性蝶窦炎患者，均采用鼻窦内窥镜手术治疗。

Results:The distance from the front wall of sphenoid sinus to the nasal spine was 56.5±5.9 mm for left and 54.9±7.2 mm,44.3±6.5 ,,for left and 44.0±6.5 mm for right to nasion.The average distance from middle point of sphenoid saddle bottom to nasal spine was 74.5±6.4 mm for left and 73.8±6.8 mm for right,60.9±7.2 mm and 60.2±7.8 mm to nasion.

结果：前鼻棘至蝶窦前壁的平均距离：左侧：56.5±5.9mm；右侧：54.9±7.2mm；鼻根点至蝶窦前壁的平均距离：左侧：44.3±5.6mm；右侧：44.0±6.5mm；前鼻棘至鞍底中点的平均距离：左侧：74.5±6.4mm；右侧：73.8±6.8mm；鼻根点至鞍底中点的平均距离：左侧：60.9±7.2mm；右侧：60.2±7.8mm。

The average distance from middle point of sphenoid saddle bottom to nasal spine was 74.5±6.4 mm for left and 73.8±6.8 mm for right,60.9±7.2 mm and 60.2±7.8 mm to nasion.

结果：前鼻棘至蝶窦前壁的平均距离：左侧：56.5±5.9mm；右侧：54.9±7.2mm；鼻根点至蝶窦前壁的平均距离：左侧：44.3±5.6mm；右侧：44.0±6.5mm；前鼻棘至鞍底中点的平均距离：左侧：74.5±6.4mm；右侧：73.8±6.8mm；鼻根点至鞍底中点的平均距离：左侧：60.9±7.2mm；右侧：60.2±7.8mm。

Results Among these cases,the main CT features of the tympanic cholesteatoma included:soft tissue density tumor shadows in the tympanic sinus and cavity;bone destruction;sclerosis of the bone borders of tympanic sinus and cavity;destruction and shifting of the auditory ossicle chain.

结果 该组病例中，胆脂瘤性中耳炎的CT主要表现有：中耳窦腔内软组织密度瘤影；骨质破坏；中耳窦腔骨缘硬化；听小骨链破坏、移位。

Methods Three groups of patients,the first group place implant generally,the second groupuse Osteotome technique and Sinus floor elevation combined with implant placement,the third group use Osteotome technique and Sinus floor elevation,second time place implant after it be cured,calculate success rate.

Methods The clinical data of 43 adult patients (59 sides)suffering from chronic sinusitis with frontal sinus involved were analyzed retrospectively. The frontal sinus ostium was identified by the help of artificial frontal drill (20 cases) or XPS frontal drill (23 cases), and the efficacy was evaluated via postoperative follow-up of all cases. Results The ostia of frontal sinus were successfully opened in all cases, and no serious complications occurred.
