突变型

Objective: To study the effect of two kinds of Equisetum extract on the proliferation, apoptosis and the expression of mutant P53 in smooth muscle cells in early Atherosclerotic rats.

目的：研究木贼正丁醇提取物及提取剩余物对大鼠动脉粥样硬化早期主动脉平滑肌细胞增殖、凋亡及突变型P53表达的影响。

Two kinds of Equisetum extract can regulate the expression of mutant P53 to decrease the proliferation and increase the apoptosis of smooth muscle cells to prevent the occurrence of early atherosclerosis.

两种木贼提取物均可降低突变型P53表达，促进AS早期干滑肌凋亡，抑制其增殖，具有阻断AS早期病变进展的作用。

Results The proliferation index of smooth muscle cells in the two Equisetum extract group were lower than model group but the rate of apoptosis were higher, the expression of mutant P53 were lower than model group too.
