Compared to state-of-the-art methods based on Kohonen's adaptive-subspace self-organizing map, our method avoids confusion of data in the manifold representation. Each neuron in the network approximately learns the mean vector and principal subspace of the data in its local region. The data representation is therefore more discernable.

与现有的基于Kohonen的自适应子空间自组织映射网络(Adaptive-subspace self-organizing map， ASSOM)方法相比较，本文方法有效地克服了流形表达中出现的数据混淆现象，网络中各神经元渐近学习各自区域内样本数据的平均向量和主元子空间，数据表达更加清晰可辨。

In this project, we study the theory of higher order differential equations in Banach spaces and related topics. We solve an open problem put forward by two American Mathematicians and two Italian Mathematicians concerning wave equations with generalized Weztzell boundary conditions, introduce an existence family of operators from a Banach space $Y$ to $X$ for the Cauchy problem for higher order differential equations in a Banach space $X$, establish a sufficient and necessary condition ensuring $ACP_n$ possesses an exponentially bounded existence family, as well as some basic results in a quite general setting about the existence and continuous dependence on initial data of the solutions of $ACP_n$ and $IACP_n$. We set up quite a few multiplicative and additive perturbation theorems for existence families governing a wide class of higher order differential equations, regularized cosine operator families, regularized semigroups, and solution operators of Volterra integral equations, obtain classical and strict solutions having optimal regularity for the inhomogeneous nonautonomous heat equations with generalized Wentzell boundary conditions, gain novel existence and uniqueness theorems,which extend essentially the existing results, for mild and classical solutions of nonlocal Cauchy problems for semilinear evolution equations, present a new theorem with regard to the boundary feedback stabilization of a hybrid system composed of a viscoelastic thin plate with one part of its edge clamped and the rest-free part attached to a visocelastic rigid body. Also we obtain many other research results.

在本研究中，我们对Banach空间中的高阶算子微分方程的理论以及相关理论进行了深入研究，解决了由美国和意大利的四位数学家联合提出的一个关于广义Wentzell边界条件下的波动方程适定性的公开问题，恰当地定义了Banach空间中的高阶算子微分方程Cauchy问题的算子存在族及唯一族，建立了齐次和非齐次高阶算子微分方程Cauchy问题适定性的判别定理，获得了关于高阶退化算子微分方程的算子存在族、正则余弦算子族、正则算子半群、Volterra积分方程解算子族的乘积扰动和混合扰动定理，得到了关于以依赖于时间的二阶微分算子为系数的一大类非自治热方程非齐次情形下的时变广义Wentzell动力边值问题的古典解、严格解的最大正则性结果，获得了半线性发展方程非局部Cauchy问题广义解和经典解存在唯一的判别条件，从实质上推广了现有的相关结果；得到了一部分边缘固定而另一部分附在一粘弹性刚体上的薄板构成的混合粘弹性系统的边界反馈稳定化的新稳定化定理，还建立了一系列其他研究结果。

This thesis focuses on studying the matrix equa-tion problem systematically, and proposed an abstract algorithm of solving the matrixequation with constraints, and established a strict convergence theory. Using this algo-rithm, we can solve the sets of matrix equation satisfying some constraint conditions,such as symmetric, antisymmetric, centrosymmetric, centroskew symmetric, re?exive,antire?exive, bisymmetric, symmetric and antipersymmetric, symmetric orthogonalsymmetric, symmetric orthogonal antisymmetric, Hermite generalized Hamilton ma-trix;So we can solve the problem with this algorithm, if the set of constrain matrixcan make a subspace in matrix space, and this algorithm also can solve the optimalapproximation and least squares problem. So this abstract algorithm has universal andimportant practical value.

本篇硕士论文系统地研究了此类问题，并找到了求解约束矩阵问题的抽象算法，并建立严格的收敛性理论，利用这一算法可求解约束条件为对称矩阵、反对称矩阵、中心对称矩阵、中心反对称矩阵、自反矩阵、反自反矩阵，对称正交对称矩阵、对称正交反对称矩阵、双中心矩阵、Hermite广义Hamilton矩阵等；可以说只要约束矩阵集合在矩阵空间中构成子空间，都可以考虑用此算法求解，而且这一算法还能把矩阵方程解及其最佳逼近，最小二乘解及其最佳逼近统一处理，因此本文算法有普适性和重要的实用价值。

We presented a novel approach for empty space skipping for object-order volume rendering. A two-staged space skipping was introduced: the first stage applied bricking on a regular grid, and the second stage used octree to reach a finer granularity.

And a screwy algorithm based on digital image from mono-view is presented. This algorithm needs the four-region sign with the screwy boundary labeled on the surface of columniform targets. Then the length of the intersecting lines of the object's axis and the screwy boundary are gained by means of digital image processing, such as gray histogram balancing, Susan edge detection and Hough transform. Finally, the object's rolling angle is accurately gotten in shooting range.

该方法通过在圆柱形目标表面涂上边界为螺旋线的四区域标志，综合运用直方图均衡化、Susan边缘检测以及Hough变换等数字图像处理技术，从光测图像中得到各个时刻目标中轴线与螺旋线的相交线段的长度，由此可高精度测出空间目标的滚转角，从而有效地解决了靶场试验中空间目标滚转角的测量难题。

The results indicate that as the ERT has a advantage of being able to multi-directional imaging and monitor, on the basis of a analysis of resistivity images obtained at different directions, it is possible to characterize the spatial distribution patterns of the rock structure, and illustrate the anisotropic properties of the spatial distribution patterns in the rock resistivity changes during water saturation and desaturation processes.
