The coupling of heat and mass transfer of liquid desiccant regeneration in an air conditioning system was analyzed and the measures to increase the performance of regeneration were proposed. Then a liquid desiccant air-conditioning system was established which uses a counterflow packed tower as the regenerator with a heater in it and exhaust for regeneration.
