结果表明，二术茯苓散和其组分药苍术、茯苓水煎液均能抑制肠管的运动，使鸡离体空肠收缩张力和舒张张力降低，收缩振幅减小；白术水煎液对鸡离体空肠平滑肌有兴奋作用，可使肠管张力增强，收缩振幅增大。
