Results: Small intestinal tumors with gastrointestinal bleeding had the following clinical characteristics:(1) Melena was more common;(2) Most of the patients were over 40 years old;(3) Benign tumors were more common;(4) Smooth muscle tumors is more common in the benign tumors which majouryly located injijunam.

结果 ：以消化道出血为主要症状的原发性小肠肿瘤的临床特点：(1)以便血为主；(2 )大多数在 4 0岁以上；(3)以良性肿瘤为多见；(4)良性肿瘤多为平滑肌肿瘤，主要位于空肠，而恶性肿瘤多位于回肠，以淋巴瘤和腺癌多见；(5 )消化道出血的时间和出血量与肿瘤的大小、性质无关。

C Diagram of the surgical findings shows that 20 cm of jejunum, located 230 cm from the ligament of Treitz, was herniated into a defect on the left side of the sigmoid mesocolon.

手术表现的示意图显示距Treitz韧带230cm的空肠有约20cm经乙状结肠系膜左侧的缺损疝出。

A Contrast-enhanced CT scan of the upper abdomen shows a saclike mass of dilated jejunal loops between the pancreatic head and stomach. The descending mesocolon and stomach are displaced laterally. The dilated inferior mesenteric vein is located at the anterior border of the encapsulated loops.

结果： 小肠RNA可降低受照小鼠肠系膜淋巴结细菌移位率和血中内毒素含量，明显提高受腹部照射小鼠空肠的肠腺存活率（P.01）。

Methods: R-Y limb motility of 13 cases was measur ed with perfused manometry system and R-Y limb mucose was biopsied t o perform bacterial culture.

采用多孔导管灌注测压法，测定13例术后病人R-Y空肠袢动力变化并作其粘膜细菌学检查。

Results: NKA-I cells was first found in the duodenum mucose on the 14th day of fetus, earlier than in the jejunum ( 16th day ) and ileum ( 17th day ), and its Positive reaction and the number of cells increased with further development, after birth the 30th day, it became quite identical to that of adult rat; NKA-I cells were seen in the colon mucosa on the 17th day of fetus, later on the number kept decreasing till grown up stage; No change was observed in the stomach mucosa except that few cells showed up on the 15th day of fetus; No positive cell was found on the oesphagus wall.

结果： NKA-I细胞首先见于胚胎14 d的十二指肠粘膜，早于空肠(胚胎16 d)和回肠(胚胎17 d)，其阳性反应强度及细胞量随发育而增加，30 d时与成年鼠相似；结肠粘膜内于胚胎17 d见细胞，但此后数量较少直至成年；胃粘膜于胚胎15 d见个别细胞外，以后无明显变化；食道壁始终未见阳性细胞。

METHODS:(1)The bile-pancreatic ducts of rats were ligated,the catheters were inserted into right jugular vein and jejunum and the acute pancreatitis model was established.Forty pancreatitic rats were divided into four groups and were given simple parenteral nutrition(PN,n=10),early enteral nutrition(EEN,n=10), median enteral nutrition(MEN,n=10),and late enteral nutrition(LEN,n=10) respectively.

(1)结扎大鼠胆胰管，经右颈静脉及空肠插管建立大鼠急性胰腺炎营养支持模型。40只急性胰腺炎大鼠分别给予：单纯肠外营养(PN组，n=10)，早期肠内营养(EEN组，n=10)，中期肠内营养(MEN组，n=10)，晚期肠内营养(LEN组，n=10)。

Early enteral nutritional supporting could exacerbate histopathological changes of acute pancreatitic rats;excrine function could be stimulated after EN through jejunum when patients undergoing pancreaticoduodenectomy;regarding the pancreato-surgery diseases,simply pursuing early EN will endanger the pancreatic tissue,rather than bring advantage: the cost is more than award.

过早的EN治疗加重了大鼠急性胰腺炎病理及微循环改变情况，胰十二肠切除术后患者经空肠给予肠内营养仍会刺激胰腺的外分泌功能，对于胰腺外科疾病而言，单纯追求早期肠内营养不但没有好处，而且增加胰腺风险，弊大于利。

Methods The clinical and pathological data of 12 cases with peripapillary diverticulum treated by RouxenY reconstruction after gastrectomy were analysesd retrospectivelyResults The condition of cholangotis was gone on all patients postoperatively.

对12例采用胃部分切除胃空肠RouxenY吻合旷置十二指肠病人的临床病理资料进行分析。结果术后全部病人反复发作的胆管炎症状消失，无严重并发症。
